- Please look out for the driver or representative that holds a Klook sign with your name on it at the arrival exit gate at both Da Nang international and domestic airports
- The driver will only wait for 120 minutes upon your flight arrival for international flights and 60 minutes upon your flight arrival for domestic flights
- The operator will contact you a day before your pick up date to reconfirm your booking

## Hotel or Vinpearl Land Nam Hoi An Pick Up
- For hotel pick up, please wait at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
- For Vinpearl Land Nam Hoi An pick up, please wait at the main gate at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
- The operator will contact you a day before your pick up date to reconfirm your booking

# Surcharge:
- If your pick up or drop off location is outside the city limits, an additional surcharge may apply. The operator will contact you to confirm the additional surcharges that you will pay directly to the driver
- Vinpearl Land Nam Hoi An service hours is between 7:00am-9:00pm. A surcharge of VND100,000 per car will apply and msut be paid directly to the driver if your pick up time falls between 9:01pm-6:59am
