- **Fixed time ticket holders** will have guaranteed seats
- **Open time ticket holders** need to redeem their voucher on a specific date. Seats will not be guaranteed until redemption
- **Open time ticket holders** cannot be scheduled on holidays (25-28 January, 10-13 April, 30 April - 3 May, 1-4 October, 24-27 December 2020)
- Schedule your return trips within 45 days from the date of booking
- In case your desired time slot is unavailable/sold out, Klook Customer Service will contact you to provide alternative timings

- Children aged 1+ will be charged the same price as adults

## Macau to Hong Kong International Airport Route Information
- For passengers traveling from Macau to Hong Kong International Airport, please note that you cannot enter Hong Kong via this route. Passengers taking this route are **only allowed to depart from the airport**. Therefore, please make sure that no luggage is left behind outside the airport zone
- For passengers taking this route, you must board the ferry on the same date as your flight departure date. For example, if your flight time on 2 Jan is between midnight to the morning of the next day (e.g. 12:00am-10:15am) then must take the last ferry trip on 1 Jan
- Passengers who are aircrew, holding family tickets or are included in a flight's waiting list will not be accepted
- The operator will not be liable for any losses, rescheduling or flight cancelations caused by violations on the regulations of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong
- In case of repatriation due to the failure to meet the aforementioned requirements, the operator may require passengers to pay back any feed charged by the Hong Kong Airport Authority
