# Booking Guidelines:
- **Same day booking:** Book at least 3 hours before your pick up time
- **Airport pick up:** Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives between 12:00am-11:59pm on 2 May, select 2 May
- **Hotel pick up:** Your preferred pick up date and time should be at least 4 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

## Airport to Hotel
- Free waiting time: 60 minutes after your flight lands
- For any flight delays, contact the number indicated on your voucher as soon as possible
- **Location for International Flights:** After you exit Arrival Hall, please look for Klook coordinator holding a Klook signage at column 10 (please refer the map for more details)
- **Location for Domestic Flights**: Domestic Arrival Hall Gate A2 (in front of Puro Gusto Café). Please look for a staff member or a standee with a Klook shirt and sign
## Hotel to Airport
- Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your pick up time
- Free waiting time: 20 minutes after the specified time
