- Pick up and drop off is only available within the city limits
- If your pick up or drop off location is outside the city limits, additional surcharges may apply. The operator will contact you to confirm the additional surcharges that you will pay directly to the driver
- The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given
