- **Welcome drink:** Sherbet Pakhair Raghlay (a raisin-flavored drink with a mix of sweet basil seeds)
- **Appetizers:** Kosh Mazaa Shami (minced mutton patties in a combination of secret herbs. Served with tamarind chutney), Seekh Boti (small pieces of marinated chicken meat on a stick. Served with mint chutney)
- **Main Course:** Dum Afghan (slow-cooked mutton served with ghee rice), Charsi Tikka (dry chicken meat (boned) served with fried paranthas and mint chutney), Nihari (slow-cooked mutton meat and marrow gravy. Served with kulcha), Ghee Rice (freshly cooked rice flavored with a dollop of ghee), Kulcha (a leavened flatbread to accompany the Nihari)
- **Accompaniments:** White Dip (a special preparation made with curd), Kehwa (a hot green tea brew infused with the flavors of spices and nuts), Mint chutney and Tamarind chutney
- **Dessert:** Lab-E-Janan (a rich and creamy, milk-based dessert)
