# Additional Information:
- Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office to pick up and return your device during opening hours
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time
- A penalty fee of SGD20 per day will be charged for late returns
- The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)
# International Fair Usage Policy:
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might may have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to without prior notice
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
- The operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period
