- Other Items: Any additional items or services not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered
- Minimum: 1 person
- Once booking details are submitted, we will process the booking. At this stage, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required.
- For arrivals more than 45 days away: The remaining 50% of the invoice must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
- For arrivals less than 45 days away: 100% of the total invoice is required.
- Refunds: No refunds will be provided for early checkouts or no-shows.
- To cancel a booking, immediately notify The Try Nova Tours by email.
- Notifications received by 10:00 hrs on the next working day will allow us to contact suppliers.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of booking: The amount paid is refundable.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date: No refund will be provided.
