Pricing
  • Minimum: 1 person
Booking
  • Once booking details are submitted, we will process the booking. At this stage, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required.
Payment Schedule:
  • For arrivals more than 45 days away: The remaining 50% of the invoice must be paid at least 14 days before arrival.
  • For arrivals less than 45 days away: 100% of the total invoice is required.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be provided for early checkouts or no-shows.
Cancellation
  • To cancel a booking, immediately notify The Try Nova Tours by email.
  • Notifications received by 10:00 hrs on the next working day will allow us to contact suppliers.
Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of booking: The amount paid is refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date: No refund will be provided.
