Day 1 Arrival in Cairo

If you would like a specific trip, we offer a base designed to meet your requirements.
The company respects the privacy of its clients and keeps any money paid for a trip in a client account until the trip departs.
It is necessary to make reservations well in advance, especially during the holidays, as places tend to be more crowded during this time.
If you do not make reservations in advance, you may not be able to find a place to stay, or the rates may be much higher than expected.
During normal seasons, 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid as a deposit; at Christmas and New Year, 50% of your total will be required to secure all reservations.
You will send 50% of the total amount. The remaining payment can be made either:

In cash upon arrival
By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) upon arrival, but the credit card must be the same as the one used for the initial payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If the cancellation occurs more than 40 days before the departure date, a fee of 6% of the total amount received will be deducted for bank transaction fees.
If a tour participant cancels their reservation, the following fees will apply:

Between 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 7 and 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 3 and 1 day before the arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

For cancellations of domestic flights booked as part of the tour, the cancellation fees are subject to the airline's cancellation policy, which may vary.
Children's Policy:

0 - 5.99 years: Free of charge.
6 - 11.99 years: 50% of the tour price.
12 years and older: Full tour price as per adult rate.
If your tour includes airfare, an additional charge for the child rate may apply.
