1. All passengers must report 2 hours before departure due to airport security checks.
2. Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Early check-in depends on room availability.
3. In case of unavailability at mentioned hotels, alternate accommodations of similar category will be arranged. The company reserves the right to change hotels based on availability.
4. No vehicle pickup is allowed inside Jammu railway station/airport; the driver will coordinate for pickup.
5. Only local taxis are allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley in Pahalgam, as well as select locations in Sonamarg.
6. Your cab will remain with you throughout the tour. Please adhere to the program timings to avoid missing services.
7. After hotel or houseboat check-out, complaints regarding services will not be addressed. Contact your tour representative immediately for assistance.
8. Bookings are tentative until the payment is reflected in our account. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation.
9. Guests should avoid carrying post-paid SIM cards, as only prepaid networks work in Kashmir.
10. It’s advised not to carry jewelry or expensive items; the company is not responsible for losses.
11. In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers may need to wait for repairs or a replacement vehicle arranged by the company.

Sightseeing Tour Note

Please be informed that commercial and private vehicles are not allowed to cover the entire movement( sightseeing of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam due to local union restrictions in these particular places. Therefore, local vehicles can be booked by us or directly on the spot for internally mentioned places. Chained vehicles from Tangmarg to Gulmarg must be booked directly on the spot in case of heavy snow.

Booking Confirmation

You are requested to send us an email with the options you wish to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly. We will send you an acknowledgment once we receive written confirmation from all the hotels/houseboats/resorts concerned. Please note that until the booking amount is reflected in our accounts, all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided.

Payment Terms for Booking

To secure your reservation, you need to pay 32% of the total invoice amount as an advance, and the remaining balance must be paid 1 day before the date of arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as canceled. An additional 2% bank charge will apply if you wish to pay via card. For 4-star and 5-star properties, the full booking amount must be transferred before confirmation. cancellation will strictly follow hotel prices.
