- CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee 30 or more days before your travel date.
- 40% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee between 20 to 30 days before your travel date.
- 70% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee between 10 to 20 days before your travel date.
- 100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee less than 10 days before your travel date.
- Full refund in case of any political unrest in Kashmir.
- Cancellation policy is subject to change and depends on the cancellation policy of the respective hotels. During peak seasons, some hotels may charge a 100% cancellation fee. Refunds normally take 12 working days after the cancellation request has been raised and transferred electronically to your bank account.
- BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- A minimum of 25% of the total land package must be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance of the total land package is due 5 days before the departure date.
- For air tickets, 100% payment for flight tickets is required at the time of booking.
- For booking confirmation, a 25% payment must be made to the account via cheque, cash, or net banking in our company account. The remaining amount should be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel.
