Cab driver's safe driving and he is good person Beautiful nature in hilly area, cleanliness in Meghalaya Kind and polite people of Meghalaya and Assam

Trip to Gangtok

We planned to visit Sikkim and initially contacted many travel agencies. Since I’m from Gujarat, I also checked some local agencies. Usually, I prefer planning trips myself, but this time I didn’t have much time, so I decided to go with a travel agency. That’s when I found Elite Yatri, and the owner, Shyam, is very good-natured and cooperative. He shared multiple quotations with different hotel o (Read More)ptions and was very flexible—even when our group size changed 2–3 times (as a friend joined later), he updated the quote every time without any issue. The payment terms were also convenient and flexible. During the trip, he regularly checked in with us for updates and ensured everything was going smoothly. Whenever we faced any issue or didn’t like something, he immediately adjusted the plan, which is a great sign of good service. Sikkim is not like other hill stations such as Manali. Road closures due to snow are common, and permits are required for certain places, so it’s important to be prepared for that. March is actually a great time to visit—we experienced snow and even live snowfall. The hotels provided were good, and Elite Yatri offers multiple options based on your budget. The driver and vehicle were also reliable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Elite Yatri for a Sikkim trip ?

Trip to Gangtok, Pelling, West Sikkim, Darjeeling, West Bengal, Sikkim

It was a great experience till Sikkim hence 3 Star , Driver & vehicle also was very good. However For Darjeeling Hotel stay at Hotel Aristocrat Experience was not upto the mark and filled with inconveniences , no electricity to use geyser & electric kettle many a times , Bathroom had privacy issues as newly constructed , TV didn't work at all etc.The Agency Elite Yatri is requested to get a chec (Read More)k on basic amenities with assigned hotels. Also for Darjeeling circuit the Drivers should be instructed to ensure schedule in such a manner that there are options for lunch else everything in a rush resulted in lunch getting skipped as was the case with us. Please treat all of the above as a feedback for improvement and hopefully will be taken in a right spirit.. Thanks

Trip to Meghalaya

My planner, Shyam from Elite Yatri, was highly professional, always available, and facilitated the trip very smoothly. The driver assigned to us was polite and punctual every day. Overall, it was a good experience.
The accommodation on the first day did not meet expectations considering the price paid. While the itinerary was slightly packed, it was not overly exhausting. Overall, the trip felt somewhat less value for money.

Trip to Meghalaya

Our trip to meghalaya was fairly well organised , catered to our request, driver was excellent , homestays had very helpful caretakers ,food served was good . Shyam of elite yatri was constantly taking our daily updates which we truly appreciate. In our 5days 6night trip we could fairly cover all important places of meghalaya .Itinerary was nicely planned.
