Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Varanasi - Arrival - Ganga Arti
Pickup from Airport/Railway Station and check-in at the hotel.
In the evening, get ready for one of the most memorable experiences of your life – the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Witness the spiritual ambiance at the riverfront, a spectacle of rituals and devotion. Optionally, enjoy the Ganga Aarti from a boat (at your own cost).
Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Early morning, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the Ganges. Witness the sunrise and spiritual rituals like devotees offering water to the Sun God and taking a holy dip. Visit various famous ghats of Varanasi (optional by own cost).
Post breakfast, explore temples including Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Manas Mandir, and BHU.
Later, proceed for an excursion to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon. Visit Dhamekha Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Buddha Temples, and Archaeological Museum.
Transfer to Bodhgaya, check in at the hotel.
Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.
After breakfast, visit the sacred sites in Bodhgaya: Maha Bodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, Great Buddha Statue, Sita Kund, Janki Temple, Haleshwar Asthan.
Proceed to Gaya (12 km) to visit the Vishnupad Temple, believed to have Lord Vishnu’s footprints.
Also visit Japanese Temple, Chinese Temple, Tibetan Temple, and the Phalguna River.
Later, return to Varanasi.
Overnight stay in Varanasi.
After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj. Visit the Sangam, the confluence of the holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati. Perform rituals or take a holy dip.
Also visit Hanuman Temple, Anand Bhawan (a museum dedicated to Nehru), and Swaraj Bhawan (birthplace of Indira Gandhi).
Later, drive to Ayodhya, check-in at hotel.
Overnight stay in Ayodhya.
After breakfast, enjoy a full day Ayodhya city tour.
Visit Ram Janmabhoomi, take a bath in the sacred Saryu River, and explore Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhavan, Tulsi Smarak Bhawan, Sita Ki Rasoi.
Ayodhya is also important to Jainism, believed to be the birthplace of many Tirthankaras, including Adinath (Rishabhdev).
Drive back to Varanasi, check-in at the hotel.

One of the hotel in Varanasi, "Vikram", the room was good, but the food was not (Read More)ok. Both of us had stomach upset, hence we had to request for change of accommodation. Flight was booked by Spicejet, who suddenly cancelled the flight and we had to spend one more day in Varanasi. Even on the next day, the flight was delayed by over 3 hours.

The first person who is related to Yatri, Varanasi met on 20th Oct was Mr Sonu, (Read More)Driver at Varanasi Airport. Almost for the entire day through some hours of the night also he spent his time with us. As more than a driver he is a very good tourist guide. The hotels in which we stayed, from where we had our lunch or other food items all had very good liaison with Mr Sonu. More than the other persons like wheelchair walas, guides, poojaries etc. etc. he keeps very good relationship. The cleanliness in all restaurants is of high order. regularly supplied ingredient in any time food, which is not very palatable to all of us. The food that we had from any hotel for that matter was very good except for Paneer was a regular supplied. Overall the percentage of marks the whole set of people who provided the service was of high rank, say 80-85%. We will remember you throughout and also recommend other known tourist to contact when needed. We all wish the team of yaatri be the best tour operators in your region.
The bed materials like blankets were not of good standard in some hotel-rooms. (Read More) Some of the bathrooms were slippery.
