• Daily buffet / fixed menu meals are as per the meal plan.
• Rooms will be Non-A/C in Munnar, Thekkady, Vagamon, and Wayanad for all categories of packages (if the package includes Munnar, Thekkady, Vagamon, or Wayanad).
• Upgrading to higher-category rooms would incur extra costs as per the hotel/resort tariff card.
• The hotels as mentioned earlier/resorts are subject to availability.
• There will not be any change in the hotels mentioned without your approval.
• In case rooms in the mentioned hotels are not available, equivalent accommodation will be provided, wherever possible, in the same category.
• Children below five years are complementary.
• All hotels' check-in time is 01:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• A/C vehicles will be provided for all surface transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary mentioned above.
• The driver’s duty time will be from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Extra time service charges will apply according to the location of hotels (not applicable for pickups or in case of emergencies).
• We has no hidden charges except for lunch, dinner (all meals in the houseboat are included for packages with houseboat stays), and personal expenses.
• If someone asks for extra money during the journey, please inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our approval.
• Confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment, i.e., 30% of the payment as an advance and the balance on or before arrival.

About the Houseboat

• Room with an attached, clean toilet and a comfortable bedroom.
• A unique personal chef will be available on the houseboat.
• Daytime cruise through the villages and islands, with the night spent in a village area.
• Fishing rods, water safety equipment, music systems, and TV options will be provided.
• Experienced boat crew (Captain, Cook, Engine driver).
• Your private cook will serve food, and daily housekeeping services are available.

Route

• Starting from Alleppey after visiting Punnamada Lake and Vembanad Lake, the cruise will take you through R-block, C-block, Rani, Chithira, and Marthandam. (R-block and C-block are man-made paddy fields created during the rule of the King, where cultivation happens below sea level).
• The cruise will pass through Kainakary and dock near Kuppapuram in the evening.
• The next day, starting from Kuppapuram, the boat will travel through Meenapally Kayal and Pallathuruthy before returning to Alleppey.
• This is a scenic route and requires one day to complete.

Alleppey Round Itinerary - One Night

• The cruise will take you through Alleppey and Kuttanad's backwaters, islands, lagoons, villages, and canals.
• On Day 1, between 12:00 and 1:00 PM, you will check in to the houseboat from Alleppey. You will be welcomed with a welcome drink and provided with lunch, tea snacks, and dinner.
• The boat will be docked near the riverbank by 05:30 PM. The location itself is beautiful; you can go for a village walk, engage in fishing activities, and enjoy the sunset and nature's beauty.
• On Day 2, after breakfast, we will take you through other beautiful locations, and by 9:00 AM, you will be dropped back in Alleppey.

Houseboat Menu

• Welcome Drink: Lemon Juice.
• Lunch: Rice, Sambar, Aviyal, Thoran, Mezhukuperatty, Curd, Papad, Pickle, Green Salad (Non-veg: Fish).
• Evening Snack: Tea/Coffee with Banana Fry, Biscuits, or Finger Chips.
• Dinner: Chapati, White Rice, Dal Fry, Rasam, Curd, Mezhukuperatty, Papad, Pickle, Salad (Non-veg: Chicken).
• Breakfast: Bread Toast with Butter & Jam, Omelette OR Idli/Dosa with Sambar & Chutney.
• Oil: Sunflower Oil.
• Rice: White Rice (Mineral water is included in the package).

Note: Since the boat staff sleeps in the living area, all guests are required to return to their rooms by 10:30 PM.

Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India, these will be charged as extras.
