Detailed Itinerary
Our representative will receive the guest from NJP / IXB parking area and transfer to the hotel in Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast by 09.00 AM, our excursion starts for Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir after completing the permit formalities. Return to Gangtok city for a late lunch around 03.00 PM – 04.00 PM. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Optional: Tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14,000 Ft / 4,200 M) on the China Border can be arranged (except Monday) for Indian nationals only with 2 days advance request at an additional cost. Permit for Nathula Pass is subject to availability.
Documents Required: Original ID proof + 2 photocopies + 2 passport size photos (PAN Card and Aadhar Card are not acceptable).
After completing permission formalities, transfer to Lachung around 10:00 AM. On the way, lunch at Mangan on your own. Enjoy en route sightseeing. Overnight stay at Lachung.
Yumthang is popularly known as the "Valley of Flowers". Early morning drive to Yumthang Valley (Alt 11,925 Ft / 3,575 M), an alpine flower valley in North Sikkim. Enjoy the scenic landscape and hot spring.
Optional Excursion: Yumesamdong or Zero Point at an additional charge. Return to the hotel for lunch and then drive back to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Post breakfast, enjoy a half-day Gangtok city tour (Timing: 09.30 AM to 12.30 PM). Visit Ropeway, Government Institute of Cottage Industry, Orchid House Flower Show, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology, and Do-drul Chorten. Later transfer to Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Early morning at 04.00 AM, visit Tiger Hill sunrise point. Return to the hotel and refresh. After breakfast, visit the most famous tourist points including Darjeeling Zoo & Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Happy Valley Tea Estate (Outer view), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (Closed on Sunday), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. (Timing: 9.30 AM to 2.30 PM). Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drop to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport. Tour ends.

Package Policies
- Travel, transport, and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Hotel accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.

- Vehicle will be available strictly as per the itinerary.
- All permit fees and hotel taxes included as per the itinerary.

- Airfare or train fare.
- Room heater charges, parking, entry, and camera fees to parks and monuments.
- Ropeway rides, boating, yak rides, rafting, toy train rides, helicopter rides.
- Airport tax, porter charges, guide or escort charges.
- Insurance coverage.
- Mineral water, beverages, meals outside the hotel, refreshment costs on arrival, laundry charges, and telephone costs.
- Any item of a personal nature and not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, etc. (to be borne by the client and payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices may impact surface transportation and land arrangements.
- A single vehicle cannot be used across the entire trip due to inter-district and interstate travel regulations.
- Car services are provided on a time-limited contract basis, not for full-day availability unless specifically requested at extra cost.
- In some hill stations like Gangtok and Darjeeling, vehicle restrictions and traffic rules may prevent direct hotel access. Guests may be dropped at the nearest taxi stand with driver assistance.
- For Tsomgo Lake visits, only the New Baba Mandir (8 km beyond the lake) is included. The Old Baba Mandir and Jelepla Pass are not included in the package. Drivers may offer personal extended trips at additional cost; such trips are not part of the official itinerary, and the company will not be responsible.
- Add-on service costs are optional and payable on the spot. These include:
- Nathula Pass: ₹5,000 – ₹5,500
- Zero Point: ₹4,200
- Namchi: ₹3,000 – ₹3,500
- Mirik Lake & Pashupati Market (Nepal): ₹1,200 – ₹1,500
- Rock Garden: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
- Toy Train Joy Ride: ₹700 + ticket charges
- Teesta River Rafting: ₹700 + boating charges
- Paragliding: ₹1,000 + flying charges
- Guests must review the itinerary and notes in detail and clear all doubts before confirming.
- Initial payment must be made with a screenshot and travel details (flight/train info).
- Guests should inform in advance if they wish to include any optional add-on services.
- More than 30 days from date of arrival: 15% of package cost.
- Between 30 to 20 days from date of arrival: 40% of package cost.
- Between 19 to 10 days from date of arrival: 60% of package cost.
- Between 9 to 3 days from date of arrival: 80% of package cost.
- Between 2 to 1 day from date of arrival: 90% of package cost.
- Less than 24 hours or no show: 100% of package cost.
- No refund is possible after the tour has started.
- No refund will be made if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, political unrest, or other situations beyond control. In such cases, the operator will assist with alternate arrangements as best as possible.
