Day 1 Arrival in Hanoi, Vietnam – Local Sightseeing
- Date: 10 April.
- Our English-speaking guide will meet and welcome you at Noi Bai International Airport and transfer you to downtown Hanoi to check in. Hotel check-in time is 14:00.
- The city tour runs in the morning (08:00 am – 12:00 noon) or in the afternoon (13:00 – 17:00).
- Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside).
- Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi.
- Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.
- Train Street (from outside).
- 17:00: return to the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 Hanoi – Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu – Tam Coc) (Private Tour) (B)
- Date: 11 April.
- Breakfast at the hotel.

- Sunrise and breakfast on the cruise.

- Disembark and transfer to Hanoi Airport for the flight to Da Nang (the flight should be after 5 PM).
- Our driver will transfer you to your hotel in Da Nang for check-in. Overnight in Da Nang.

Day 5 Marble Mountain – Coconut Village – Hoi An Ancient Town (Private) (B)
- Date: 14 April.
- Have breakfast at your hotel and relax on the beach.
- Afternoon tour (13:00 – 20:30).
- Visit Marble Mountain.
- Explore Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village.
- Enjoy a basket boat experience at Cam Thanh Coconut Forest.
- Visit Hoi An Ancient Town and the Japanese Bridge.
- Free time to explore the Hoi An Night Market.
- Return to Da Nang. Overnight in Da Nang.

Day 6 Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge Full Day (Private) (B)
- Date: 15 April.
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Ba Na Hills tour (08:00 – 17:00). Transfer to Ba Na Hills (45 minutes).
- Take the cable car up to Ba Na Mountain.
- Debay Wine Cellar, built in 1923 (entrance fee at your own expense).
- Le Jardin D'Amour Flower Garden.
- Golden Bridge (Hands of God).
- Free time for sightseeing and photos.
- Linh Ung Pagoda.
- Lunch at a restaurant (at your own expense).
- Conquer the peak of Chua Mountain, the highest peak in Ba Na.
- Visit Linh Chua Linh Tu Temple.
- French Square.
- Free time at Fantasy Park (game coins at your own expense).
- 15:00: take the cable car back down the mountain.
- 17:00: drop-off at your hotel. The tour ends. Overnight in Da Nang.

Day 7 Da Nang – Fly to Phu Quoc – Grand World Visit Without Guide (B)
- Date: 16 April.
- Have breakfast at your hotel. Meet our driver and transfer to Da Nang Airport for the flight to Phu Quoc.
- 16:00: start the tour to Grand World and explore on your own.
- Teddy Bear Museum (optional, at extra cost).
- Water taxi or gondola ride along the Venice River (optional, at extra cost).
- 20:15: enjoy the Quintessence show (optional, at extra cost).
- 21:30: watch the 'The Color of Venice' show.
- The tour finishes at 22:00. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
- Gondola boat, Teddy Bear Museum, Quintessence show and buggy are not included.

Day 8 VinSafari – VinWonder Full Day Without Guide (Private) (B)
- Date: 17 April.

- Flight tickets are an extra cost of 110 USD per person per way. Airfare may change at the time of booking.
- Tipping policy: 3 USD per adult per day (mandatory).
- Hotel category: 4 star. Hotels and cruises may be changed to a similar standard, depending on availability.
- Hotel check-in time is normally after 14:00 and check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
- Transportation and capacity: 7-seater car (Innova or similar) for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child; 16-seater van (Ford Transit or similar) for 3–9 adults; 29-seater bus (County or similar) for 10–14 adults; 35-seater bus (Samco or similar) for 15–19 adults; 45-seater bus (Universe or similar) for 20–40 adults.
- Daily tour hours: guides and drivers work 8 hours a day, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Any activity outside this time frame must be requested one day in advance, and surcharges will apply.
- Late departure: please leave on time each day. If you leave later than the scheduled time, you will have less time at the sites, you may have to skip some sightseeing places, and you may have to pay extra.
- Changes to activities: please inform us one day in advance. Changes are subject to availability and other factors, and extra charges may apply (for example, extra time, extra activities, different services, longer guide and driver hours, or different transfers or routes).
- Late arrival or flight delay: if your flight is delayed or changed, please phone your travel consultant as soon as you hear from the airline so that pick-up and other services can be adjusted. If you inform us late and we cannot change the services, you will have to pay for any extra services, such as an additional pick-up.
- Unused services: no refund or exchange is available for services that are not used by tour members or that are missed because of late arrival without proper advance notice.
- Travel insurance: all travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive international travel insurance. Securing and managing coverage for medical emergencies or trip losses is the traveler's sole responsibility. We are not liable for any expenses, accidents or liabilities arising from a lack of adequate personal insurance.
- Food: if you have any allergies, special requests or a special diet, please let us know well in advance. The booking cannot be cancelled or amended within one day of the service.
- Private transfers: transfers are for your group only and are not shared with others. They are limited to the predetermined routes and time slots agreed in the itinerary, with no unscheduled stops or deviations. Otherwise, a surcharge will apply.
- Airport transfer time: because of traffic, allow 2.5 hours for domestic flights and 3.5 hours for international flights.
- What to bring: passport, sunscreen, sunglasses and hat, insect repellent, and small VND notes for buying drinks. You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the tour.
- This policy applies to FIT groups.
- The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your final notification.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, a 5% service fee plus any non-refundable costs will apply.
- If you cancel 30 to 16 days before departure, you will have to pay 50% of the total tour cost.

Easygo travels took care of everything from flight booking, stay in Vietnam and all local transfers in Vietnam on a private basis. Everything went so smooth and in a clock-work precision and we had to worry about nothing during the trip. Their partner travel agent in Vietnam has done a great job. They sent cabs well within time whenever there was a transfer, booked all tickets in advance and arranged food during sightseeings in good local restaurants. The overall experience was very good and I recommend Easygo Travel for anybody visiting Vietnam from India.
