Detailed Itinerary
Our representative will receive the guest from NJP / IXB parking area and transfer to Gangtok Hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
After breakfast by 09.00 AM, our excursion starts for Tsomgo Lake and New Baba Mandir (after completing the permit formalities). Back to Gangtok city for late lunch around 03.00 PM - 04.00 PM.
Optional: Tour to Nathula Pass (Alt 14000 Ft / 4200 M) on China Border can also be arranged (except Monday) for Indian Nationals only with 2 days advance request at an additional cost. (Permit for Nathula Pass is subject to availability.)
Documents Required: Original ID proof + 02 photocopies + 02 passport size photos. (Pan Card & Aadhar Cards are not acceptable.)
Post breakfast half-day Gangtok city tour (Timing: 09.30 AM to 12.30 PM). Visit Ropeway, Government Institute of Cottage Industry, Orchid House Flower Show, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology, and Do-drul Chorten.
Gangtok to Pelling transfer (130 kms / 4.5 hrs). Overnight stay at Pelling hotel.
Pelling local tour starts with visits to popular tourist points – Skywalk, Rimbi Waterfalls, Kanchendzonga Waterfalls, and Khecheopalri Holy Lake. After lunch, visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Helipad View Point, and Rabdentse Palace Ruins. Overnight stay at Pelling.
After breakfast, depart towards Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.
Early morning 4.00 AM, tour starts with visiting Tiger Hill sunrise point. Return to hotel and refresh. After breakfast, visit most famous tourist points including Darjeeling Zoo & Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Happy Valley Tea Estate (Outer view), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (Closed on Sunday), and Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda (Timing: 09.30 AM to 02.30 PM). Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
After breakfast, drop to NJP / IXB. Tour ends.

- Mirik Lake & Pashupati Market (Nepal): ₹1200 – ₹1500
- Rock Garden: ₹2000 – ₹3000
- Toy Train Joy Ride: ₹700 + ticket charges
- River Rafting on Teesta: ₹700 + boating charges
- Paragliding: ₹1000 + flying charges
- Amount will be refunded if Nathula Pass permit is not granted
- Vehicles may vary due to district/state boundaries; one vehicle cannot be used for the entire trip
- Car service is on a limited time contract, not available full day (can be arranged on request with extra charge)
- Due to traffic restrictions in hill towns, certain areas may be accessible only via walk or alternate local arrangements
- Only New Baba Mandir is included in package, not Old Baba Mandir or Jelepla Pass
Booking & Payment Terms:
- Booking made more than 60 days prior to journey: 20% of package cost
- Journey within 30–20 days: 30% of package cost (total 50% of package)
- On arrival: 100% of the package cost
Cancellation Charges:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 15% of the package cost
- 30–20 days before arrival: 40%
- 19–10 days before arrival: 60%
- 9–3 days before arrival: 80%
- 2–1 day before arrival: 90%
- Less than 24 hrs or no-show: 100%
Important:
- No refund after the tour starts
- No refund if cancelled due to bad weather or civil/political unrest
- Full cooperation will be extended to make alternate arrangements in such cases
