GENERAL POLICY 

• Hotel Standard Check In time is 02:00 PM & Check-out time is 11:00 AM + Security Deposit needs to be given by every Guest before check ( THB 1000-2000) + All supporting Documents for smooth check in
• The child between 02-03 years will not be given any Land Services
• All above Rates and Services are subject to Availability and can be changed without Prior Notice.
• Above Rates are not valid in any type of Event or Exhibitions.
• All Transfers and Sightseeing are on Seat in coach Basis. Extra cost for Private ( excluding mentioned ones in the package )
• There may be certain Surcharges Applicable at the time of Booking of the Holiday Package as per Price Fluctuation.
• No-Show Guests would not be given any refunds nor would their tours be rescheduled.
• Tour can be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamities.
• If a guest fails to reach within the time arranged ,there will be no replacement given.
• Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries ,rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

HOTEL POLICY 

• Hotel cancellation will be as per the hotel cancellation policy. If the hotels are non-refundable, you will not get any refund for hotels in the event of cancellation.
• The Hotel will give the Room Double or Twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability)
• Hotels suggested in the Itinerary can be changed and will be Equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official Rate sheet of the Hotel.
• We Book Basic Room in the Hotel Booked by us unless specified the Room Category

FLIGHT POLICY

• We are an intermediary who Book and Arrange all services for our client. The services are provided by the service providers such as Hotels, Airlines etc. for which we do not have control on their Quality and you are requested to speak to them directly for any service related issues.
• As per our Cancellation Policy, if there is any extra or Additional cancellation policy of Airline, Cruise, Hotels etc. The client will be Responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some Tickets that are 100 percent Nonrefundable which is also to be taken care of by the client.
• No updates will be shared from our end in respect to flight cancellation / changes in timings, "BUYER" had to check directly with the respective airlines before departure.
• This group ticket is 100% Non Refundable, Non Changeable & Non Cancellable.
• No Meals will be Provided in Group Fare/ Individual Fare (if not mentioned specifically by guest )
• Only PNR will be shared - No Flight tickets will be issued .- Flight tickets will be issued 3-7 days before the departure
• The Names will be updated with D-7 , D-5 ,D-3 as per the Airlines .

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 50% cancellation charge before 30 days from the date of arrival
• 70% cancellation charge before 15 days from the date of arrival
• 90% cancellation charge within 10 days from the date of arrival
• 100% cancellation charge within 7 days from the date of arrival
• No show-Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given

Note : No Refund on - Peak Travel Dates , Republic Day / Independence day / Holi / Deepawali / Gandhi Jayanti / Christmas / New Year or any other long weekend etc and we charge 100 % amount on Peak travel dates by the guest . ( Applicable on Travel Destination - Domestic and International ).
