Day 1 Arrival at Kochi - Kochi to Munnar via Athirapally
Upon arrival at Kochi Airport, begin your scenic drive towards Munnar – a charming hill station known for its tea plantations and mist-covered hills. Enroute, witness the majestic Athirapally Waterfalls, followed by stops at Valara and Cheeyappara Falls. Enjoy the lush greenery and photo-worthy tea meadows at Photo Point and View Point. Once in Munnar, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Post breakfast, set out to explore Munnar’s captivating beauty. Start with a visit to Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Continue to Rose Garden, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake. Stroll through Blossom Hydel Park and explore the Munnar Botanical Garden. Later, visit the Tea Museum to understand the process of tea making and enjoy a nature walk amidst the plantations. End the day at the local market before returning to your hotel for the night.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady – the land of spices and wildlife. On arrival, enjoy a boat ride in Periyar Lake to witness the wildlife in their natural habitat. You may also take part in a Jungle Jeep Border Safari or visit the Periyar Tiger Reserve. Experience an elephant ride at Elephant Junction and walk through aromatic spice plantations. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kalari martial arts show. Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Post breakfast, head to Madurai – the cultural capital of Tamil Nadu. After check-in, head out to visit the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple, known for its majestic Dravidian architecture. Explore Puthu Mandapam, Thirumalai Nayak Mahal, and the Gandhi Memorial Museum. Walk through Madurai’s lively local bazaars before heading back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Madurai.
After breakfast, drive to Rameswaram, one of the holiest towns in India for Hindus. On arrival, check into your hotel and later visit the sacred Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Take a holy dip at Agni Theertham. If time permits, explore the ghost town of Dhanushkodi, known for its dramatic ruins and serene seashores. Overnight stay in Rameswaram.
After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari – the southernmost tip of mainland India. Check into your hotel and later visit the iconic Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the towering Thiruvalluvar Statue, both situated on small offshore islets. Visit Suchindram Thanumalayan Temple, known for its intricate carvings. Witness the breathtaking sunset where the Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean converge. Overnight stay in Kanyakumari.
After breakfast, drive to the coastal paradise of Kovalam, known for its crescent-shaped beaches. En route, visit Poovar Island (time permitting) for a backwater boat ride experience. Upon arrival in Kovalam, check into your beachside resort and unwind. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Post breakfast, spend the day exploring Kovalam. Visit Samudra Beach, Hawa Beach, and the Kovalam Art Gallery. Head to the lighthouse for panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and enjoy optional water sports. In the evening, stroll through the local markets for souvenirs and crafts. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum, and the Zoo (time permitting). Later, you will be dropped at Trivandrum Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey with beautiful memories.

Tour was well managed and well organised. Driving was very good , driver was p (Read More)olite.. aura Thekkady staff was very helpful but aura Thekkady hotel was not as good as we expected it to be 3 star hotel, cigarette smell all over the corridor area. Houseboat experience was best one. Houseboat staff was good, and very clean room they provided.
1- resort should be on main road as it does not hav good road to spice jungle, (Read More)Spice jungle management in food order and delivery was not good. No bowls provided for curries in breakfast. 2- Driver should at least understand some hindi as it would have been a better experience by communicating. Driver only understood some English so we were not able to talk and communicate properly. 3- On houseboat they only provide limited quantity of fish 🐠 , and for veg no special dish in lunch. Also is you provide photo of houseboat while booking it will be very helpful 4- Also, the entry price of all activities national parks, garden should also be mentionted to plan the trip efficiently

We had a really good overall experience with 7C Destinations! They handled our hotel bookings and planned the entire itinerary, making our trip smooth and hassl (Read More)e-free. Initially, our houseboat experience was disappointing due to hygiene and cleanliness issues. However, when I contacted Mr. Renjith, the owner, he was very kind and polite. He immediately arranged a new houseboat for us without any unnecessary questions or excuses. Really appreciate how quickly he resolved the issue! All the staff members were also polite and helpful throughout the trip. Overall, everything was well organised, and we had a great time. Thank you to the entire 7C Destinations team, especially Mr. Renjith, for the support. Looking forward to more trips with you! 😊

boat house in alleppey there is no water in toilet from 9 pm to morning 8 am , w (Read More)hich is major draw back for people and there is not much sight seeing place in kochi and alleppey that could be knocked of from tourist place and i havent felt that good in boat house bcz these boat house are running in backwater which is not cleaned one smelly environment and i suggest people to go to kochi for cruise instead of boat house which we wont feel that we are in boat and seeing some good views from boat house better knock off this boat house which totally waste ur one day trip instead of oppoint sight seeing for better feeling that we have covered some good places other than that all good
