Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Day 1: Fly to Srinagar and City Touring

Welcome to Kashmir! Catch your flight to Kashmir and arrive in Srinagar. Meet and greet upon arrival and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Post Check-in, you will have a brief touring of Srinagar City, visiting the major highlights; The Nishat Mughal Garden & The Shalimar Bagh. If time permits, you will have a visit to Shankaracharya Temple atop the Zabarwan hill. Early evening, transfer back to hotel and dinner at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay.

After breakfast, prepare for a day trip to Gulmarg, known as the Meadows of Flowers. Enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive and visit highlights including a cable car ride to Kongposh at 10,000 ft. (Make sure you have done Gondola tickets in Advance or you have requested us to do it). Depending on snow levels, partake in winter activities like snow biking and skiing (self-pay). Return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Wake up to a healthy breakfast and you depart for Sonamarg, a 2.5-hour drive covering about 85 kms. Enjoy the picturesque scenery while you drive the hilly roads. Arriving Sonamarg, you may choose to visit Thajiwas Glacier via horseback (self-pay) or engage in snow sports. Or you may just chill by a beautiful cafe overlooking the mighty Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, follow the check-out formalities and you embark on a full-day excursion to Pahalgam, passing through saffron fields and apple orchards, where you will sure have a stop overs to enjoy some shopping and experiencing Kashmir Apple Valley. Enjoy a hot lunch on your own in Pahalgam and you may opt to explore Betaab Valley & Aru Valley by local cab (Self pay). You also have an option to have a comfy walk through the town or engage in a short horseback ride through the picturesque villages of Pahalgam. Back to Pahalgam and you Return to Srinagar. For today, you check-in houseboat and dinner and an overnight stay on a houseboat in Kashmir Lakes. 

Enjoy breakfast and get to experience a Shikara boat ride on the lakes.  Back and follow the check-out formalities. Given the flight timing, you will have a timely transfer to Srinagar Airport or Railway Station for your onwards Journey.

Wow kashmiri has arranged a wonderful Houseboat stay at Dal lake.Honestly we didn't except such a beautiful accommodation as a part of our package.The house boat was excellent and we would happily give it a five star rating... They arranged a wonderful itinerary that included the Botanical Garden, a beautiful sunset Shikara ride on Dal Lake with Kahwa, a comfortable houseboat stay, a memorable Gulmarg trip with booking Gondola Phase 1 & 2 tickets, a good hotel stay, and delicious food throughout the trip.... They gave us very useful advice about avoiding unnecessary local guides and people who might approach tourists.Because of their proper guidance,we able to enjoy Gulmarg comfortably without any confusion... After completing Gulmarg trip,they picked up on time and dropped us at our hotel...The hotel they arranged was also excellent.. Although it was described as Three star hotel,the overall experience and facilities felt much better than what we expected.They provided Complimentary Buffet Dinner and breakfast including veg and Non veg options....Which was Excellent.... As first-time visitors to Kashmir, we were a little worried, but their guidance, hospitality, punctuality, and care made us feel completely safe and comfortable. The stays were very pretty, cozy and comfortable, and added so much charm to our trip. Kashmir is truly magical, with breathtaking landscapes and beautiful peaceful surroundings everywhere. The views, especially around Gurez, were absolutely stunning and unforgettable. Overall, everything was well planned and smoothly managed, and we had a really memorable experience. Just a small suggestion, please don’t take it the wrong way — the complimentary Shikara ride could have been a little better. The ride felt quite slow with frequent stops, so perhaps connecting with more experienced Shikara operators could make the experience even more enjoyable. 😊 Apart from this, everything was really good, beautiful and comfortable.
