- Damage to the vehicle will be charged by the driver.
- Any changes to the itinerary, including route or schedule adjustments, may incur additional charges and must be confirmed with the team.
- Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival, and changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Cancellations made 13 or more days before the tour date: full refund, minus applicable bank charges.
- Cancellations made within 13 days of the tour date, or no-shows: the advance payment is non-refundable.
- Hotel cancellation policies may vary and will be shared as needed for transparency.
- In unforeseen circumstances (for example medical emergencies or travel disruptions), exceptions may be considered with proper documentation. Please contact the team as soon as possible.
