Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Overnight Journey to Manali
  • Reach the Delhi Volvo stand at your own expense.
  • We have booked Volvo bus seats for you.
  • Take the Volvo and head to Manali.
  • This will be your overnight journey.
  • Arrive in Manali this morning.
  • Check in to the hotel (early check-in depends on room availability).
  • Rest for some time before heading out for sightseeing.
  • 1:30 PM: Visit Hadimba Temple (2.5 km from Mall Road).
  • 2:30 PM: Visit Van Vihar (2 km from Hadimba Temple).
  • 3:30 PM: Visit the Manu Temple, an old temple dedicated to sage Manu (2.7 km from Van Vihar).
  • 4:30 PM: Visit the Tibetan Monastery.
  • 5:30 PM: Experience Mall Road, a must for every tourist.
  • Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Solang Valley.
  • Located 13 km from Manali, Solang Valley lies between Solang village and Beas Kund.
  • It offers a beautiful view of glaciers and snow-capped mountains.
  • Since the valley has excellent ski slopes, it is a perfect place for skiing and ATV rides (All-Terrain Vehicle).
  • Experience the thrill of being at 4800m and enjoy a hot cup of tea and Maggi, which tastes different in this setting.
  • After all the adventurous activities, drive back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • Note: Rohtang Pass incurs an additional charge.
  • 9:00 AM: After breakfast, drive to Kullu in a private vehicle.
  • 11:00 AM: Visit the Kullu market, which is famous for its handicrafts and shawl factories, as well as being a popular river rafting spot. If time permits, we will visit the Vaishno Devi Temple.
  • 3:00 PM: Next, we will head to Manikaran Gurudwara, a holy site in Manikaran. Take a dip in the hot water and enjoy the langar here, as well as the view of the Parvati River at Manikaran Bridge.
  • 5:30 PM: Drop off at the Volvo stand. Take the Volvo and return to Delhi.
  • Reach Delhi this morning.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour or travel services for any reason, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written request, as outlined below:

  • 25 days or more before arrival: 20% of the total package amount
  • 15 to 25 days before arrival: 50% of the total package amount
  • 1 to 15 days before arrival or No Show: Advance deposit is non-refundable

  • Written cancellations are accepted on all working days except Sundays. Cancellations submitted on Sundays will be processed on the following working day (Monday).
  • Flight refunds are subject to airline policies. We will process any refund received from the airline.
  • Christmas & New Year Bookings (20 Dec - 05 Jan): All payments for travel during this period are non-refundable.
  • If the trip is canceled after commencement, refunds will be limited and subject to recoveries from hotels or contractors. No refunds will be provided for unused hotel stays, transportation, or missed meals.

1. Car arrangment and Driver behaviour . 2. Phone call always recive and Peomt reaponse.
I recently booked a trip through Travel Pedia, and unfortunately, my experience with the hotel arrangements was disappointing(Dharmsala only )The room provided was not the same as what was shown to me during the enquiry. When I raised the issue, the Travel Pedia manager simply responded by saying, “The room has just been changed.” It seems Travel Pedia expects customers to verify the room type (Read More)on their own, even when clear assurances were given during the booking. I feel this is misleading, and travelers should be cautious and insist on written confirmation of room details before finalizing any bookings with them.

Sir, I completely understand your concern. However, regarding the incident at the Manali hotel, the damage to the blanket (due to fire) and the jet spray was caused from your end. The hotel had inform (Read More)ed you of this, and you had acknowledged responsibility and agreed to cover the charges.

At the time of check-out, instead of informing the reception or settling the dues, you directly proceeded to the parking area via the lift and left the hotel in the cab. This is not the appropriate procedure for check-out and gave the impression that you were trying to avoid the payment.

Once the hotel contacted us and informed us that the damages and meal charges had not been cleared, we had to intervene and stop the vehicle to resolve the matter.
