- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled, and no refund will be provided for these cancellations.
- 100% cancellation fees will be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, or changes in flight/train schedules due to technical, political, or weather conditions.
- In the event of a lockdown in Jammu & Kashmir due to Covid, a credit note will be provided, redeemable within 1 year from the date of issuance.
- If, due to reasons beyond our control, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure will be borne by the passengers.
