General Policy:
  • For Confirming Package half payment should be done and full payment before the Cut Off Date.
  • Normally Hotel Check In time is 2 PM & check out time is 11:00 am hrs.
  • The Company has the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the cut-off date.
  • In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport you at our cost. (Extra Kilometers will be Charged)
  • Please make a full amount before the cut-off date and kindly revert the scanned copy of deposit slip after making the payment. Our Reservation team will send you the hotel voucher after receiving the advance amount.

  • In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.

we have faced a real heart rending scenarios during the trip just because of bogus planning from your trip planner, please try to think before planning a trip from the next time onwards.

Sir as per the scenario your trip is accurately plan according to you by when you plan to Kaza firstly you need worm cloths secondly medically fit, and we also have told you that there is signal probl (Read More)em at Kaza. in your case you haven't packed according to the destination and your group member are not well too and lastly signal problems get often at the destination like that, in all these scenarios where is the fault of trip planner

I want to express my gratitude to the whole team of GLOBAL TRAVELERS specially Anurag Sharma sir and Chaman bhaiya for their cooperation for the outstanding 7nights 8days trip of Manali- Dalhousie - k (Read More)hajjiar and amritsar.All Hotels were neat and clean. Specially THE NORTH SIDE Hotel in Dalhousie location was very good, ambience was also very eyeshoting. Also Akash hill hotel in Manali was in very prominent location for enjoying snowcaped mountain and snowy road and hotel crown was also in great location for golden temple( just 10 minutes walking distance).Cab driver ( Chaman bhaiya) was very helpful and cooperative. Thanks all for making our tour memorable.
