General Policy:
- For Confirming Package half payment should be done and full payment before the Cut Off Date.
- Normally Hotel Check In time is 2 PM & check out time is 11:00 am hrs.
- The Company has the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the cut-off date.
- In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport you at our cost. (Extra Kilometers will be Charged)
- Please make a full amount before the cut-off date and kindly revert the scanned copy of deposit slip after making the payment. Our Reservation team will send you the hotel voucher after receiving the advance amount.

- In case of unavailability in any of above hotels, accommodation will be provided in alternate hotel.
- Please consult driver/local representative for next day?s sightseeing schedule/Transfers timings.
- If any passenger fails to follow timings given to him, then he may miss that particular sightseeing/transfers and Global Travelers will not be responsible to arrange the same.
- He/She Needs to arrange the same on direct payment basis.
