Thanks to Mr Aditya who sent us visa, ticket and room details well in advance! Once in Singapore we were picked from the airport and dropped in the hotel by the supporting local agency. One Ms Rekha Chauhan was sending us daily schedule and made sure that we didn't miss any of our outings. Transport pick ups were very prompt and drivers were friendly. There was nothing to complain at all. Over all, it was a memorable trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The itinerary was well planned, we were able to cover all th (Read More)e places as expected, and the package price also seemed reasonable. All pickups and drop-offs were arranged on time as communicated in advance, which made our trip smooth and hassle-free. One area for improvement would be providing a little more guidance at each drop-off, such as the order of places to visit, how to get around, and how to reach the next attraction or pickup point. This would help us explore more confidently and make the most of our time. Overall, we are happy with the arrangements and appreciate the team's support in making our family trip memorable!

The only feedback I have is regarding the mobile number on my ticket. It was dif (Read More)ferent from my actual number and had only 9 digits. I had a power bank in my luggage, and at the airport, the security team was trying to contact me to unlock my bag so they could remove and destroy it. However, they were calling the wrong number. Luckily, I happened to hear my name being called while I was boarding. We then opened my bag over a video call so they could locate and remove the power bank. That moment was quite stressful and caused a lot of panic, especially since we had only 15 minutes left for boarding.
