- Our every journey is carefully planned and involves advance reservations with our trusted travel partners. Therefore, the following cancellation policy shall apply.
- Cancellation Charges
- More than 45 Days Before Departure: ₹10,000 per person or actual booking charges incurred (whichever is higher) will be deducted. The balance amount, if any, will be refunded.
- 31–45 Days Before Departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 16–30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 08–15 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 07 Days or Less Before Departure / No Show: 100% of the package cost will be charged. No refund will be applicable.
- Flight Tickets:
- Airline tickets are governed entirely by the respective airline's cancellation and refund policy.
- Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only after it is received from the airline.
- Airline convenience fees, cancellation charges, and fare differences are non-refundable.
- Visa Charges:
- Visa fees, appointment charges, biometric charges, courier fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of visa approval or rejection.
- Hotel & Attraction Bookings:
- Many hotels, attraction tickets, cruises, ferries, and sightseeing experiences are booked on a non-refundable basis. Any such charges already paid to suppliers will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Amendment / Rescheduling:
- Any request for changing travel dates will be subject to hotel, airline, and supplier availability.
- Date changes are not guaranteed.
- Any additional cost arising due to amendments shall be borne by the guest.
- Refund Processing:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days after receiving confirmation from all concerned suppliers.
- Force Majeure:
- No refund shall be applicable for cancellations arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Adverse weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Airline operational issues
- Strikes
- Any other force majeure event
- In such cases, any refund or travel credit shall be subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- No refund shall be applicable for cancellations arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Important Notes:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the registered email address used at the time of booking.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be made only to the original mode of payment.
- Any convenience charges, payment gateway charges, bank charges, foreign exchange losses, TCS, GST, visa fees, travel insurance, and third-party service charges are non-refundable.
- Once attraction tickets, event tickets, or special event passes have been issued, they are non-refundable unless specifically permitted by the supplier.
- We reserve the right to recover any unrecoverable costs charged by airlines, hotels, transport providers, attraction operators, visa authorities, or any third-party suppliers before processing any refund.

Foxplorer team is good for preparing itinerary, guiding each step from planning (Read More)to landing and site tour.
Despite sharing details about parents walking conditions, itinerary planned was (Read More)very tight schedules and lots of walk involved which I feel could be minimized as we took private taxi there. We missed few places because of we could not reach on time as parents cannot walk fast like young person. Driver provided there was very rude, despite multiple times complaints same driver was provided. They promised to arrange something for missed spot but their promise never full filled.
