- If any guest wants to cancel between 30 to 15 days from the date of advance payment, then they will receive 40% of the total advance payment.
- No refund will be provided if any guest wants to cancel between 14 to 01 days prior to the date of advance payment.
- Cancellation must be sent by email.
- The refund amount will be paid to the Guest's Bank Account.
