Day 1 Arrive in Bagdogra and Transfer to Darjeeling
- Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, where our representative will assist with your transfer to Darjeeling.
- Check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, exploring nearby markets or enjoying the cool Himalayan air.
- Darjeeling, often referred to as the "Queen of the Hills," offers breathtaking views of the Kanchenjunga range and lush tea gardens.
- You can stroll around the Chowrasta Mall and try local snacks like momos and thukpa (on your own).

Day 2 Darjeeling Sightseeing
- Start early with a visit to Tiger Hill (4:00 AM) to witness a stunning sunrise over Kanchenjunga.

Day 3 Darjeeling – Gangtok (100 km / 4 Hours)
- Post breakfast, drive to Gangtok, the vibrant capital of Sikkim.
- Check in to your hotel and relax for the day.
- In the evening, take a stroll along MG Marg, a lively promenade perfect for families to shop and dine (By Own).
- Gangtok, nestled in the Eastern Himalayas, offers a mix of scenic beauty, modern amenities, and traditional culture.

Day 4 Gangtok – Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir Excursion
- Hop off to Tsomgo Lake and seek Baba Harbhajan’s blessings at the most popular temple in North Sikkim on the second day of your Gangtok-Darjeeling trip itinerary.
- Wake up to a beautiful day, enjoy a filling breakfast, and proceed for the sightseeing tour.
- Set off on your excursion to Tsomgo Lake near Gangtok.
- Known for its changing colors, Tsomgo Lake is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Gangtok.
- Further, visit the famous Baba Mandir, built in fond memory of late Major Baba Harbhajan Singh.
- Return to your hotel and end this tiring day of your Gangtok-Darjeeling holiday with a revitalizing dose of sleep.
- Distance from Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake: 40 km
- Travel time (Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake): Approx. 1.5 hours
- Optional: One can opt for a Nathula excursion by paying a supplementary cost, which varies from month to month.
- Nathula permit gets confirmed 24 hours prior to the journey date and is subject to permit availability, as it is allotted by lottery.
- Nathula is closed on Mondays.
- Organizing the permit at the last moment is not possible; a clear window of 72 hours with proper documents is required to process the permit.
- There is no refund in case the permit is confirmed by Sikkim Tourism, and due to any reason (landslide, heavy rainfall, VIP movement, health issues, etc.), one is unable to visit.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the local markets or relaxing at your hotel.

Day 5 Gangtok – Lachung (120 km / 6 Hours)
- Post breakfast, drive to Lachung, a serene village known for its picturesque beauty.
- En route, visit Seven Sisters Waterfalls and Naga Waterfalls for some family-friendly stops.
- Arrive in Lachung and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening soaking in the tranquil surroundings.
- Tip: Keep binoculars handy to spot rare birds along the route.

Day 6 Lachung – Yumthang Valley Excursion
- After an early breakfast, proceed to Yumthang Valley, also known as the "Valley of Flowers."
- Explore the breathtaking landscape dotted with rhododendrons (seasonal) and a scenic river.
- If weather permits, visit Zero Point (optional, at an extra cost), located at an altitude of 15,300 feet.
- Return to Lachung by evening and relax at your hotel.

Day 7 Lachung – Gangtok – Departure

Day 8 Departure From Gangtok
- Bid adieu to the lovely Northeast.
