Trip to Negombo, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Kandy, Ella, Colombo, Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka

Communication, Planning of tour from the scratch, Transport and the Guide.
Accommodation in Nuwara Eliya. Room size was small in the Hotel. Can not be considered as 4*. All though the Hotel Staffs were friendly. Its location also mattered. Anyway, we had to choose it among the available limited options.

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We’re delighted to know that you appreciated our communication, tour planning, transport, and guide services.

Regarding the Nuwara Eliya accommodat (Read More)ion, thank you for sharing your feedback. Due to the peak season and limited availability at that time, and also considering the opportunity to waive the mandatory 24th December Christmas gala dinner, this was the best available option we were able to secure with the last-minute confirmation. Your understanding is truly appreciated, and your feedback will help us improve our future arrangements.

Going on a tour of the city of Colombo and other cities like ,Negombo,Pinnawala ,kandy and other places I can't remember the names in a private vehicle was really cool, I was opportune to visit the fi (Read More)sh market in Negombo, the St Mary's Catholic Church, the Negombo beach where I went on a private speed boat ride( paid for separately) as it does not come with your tour package) ,the Gangaramaya Bhudda temple and the Lotus tower which gives you a view from the top of the city of Colombo, very beautiful. I was also privileged to visit a home for Asian Elephants on day two where I was taught about these amazing animals, feed one and rode on its back and yes a reminder, come with a change of clothes as you can also sit on the elephant in a pool of water while it squirts water from its trunk on you , unfortunately I did not do that as I wasn't informed to come along with a change of clothes but nevertheless, I had fun. I also visited a tea factory and was shown how tea was produced locally from the tea plants and I also visited a herbs and spice garden. Please note that entry into some major locations you have to pay by yourself and not the tour company so take note that you still have to pay entry fees . In all ,it was a good experience, the Chauffeur,Mr Milfer was very polite and took me to places I could buy affordable and good food,Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and the people are very friendly, thanks to CEYLAN TOURS,it was a great experience.
