- Lunch and dinner are not included.
- The cab is for a specific time; once all sightseeing is finished, the cab driver will drop you at the hotel.
- The cab is not for personal use.
- Any extra sightseeing or places the traveler wants to visit will incur additional charges as per the sightseeing.
- 5% GST is not included.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund, which should reach the guest within 30 days of processing.
- No refund will be processed for any complimentary activity that is not charged to the agency or guest.
- Air conditioning will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
- Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the packages.
- If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may need to collect your luggage upon arrival at the connecting hub and re-register it while checking in for your onward journey.
- Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please ensure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers providing incorrect age details may incur penalties while traveling.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- If your package needs to be canceled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
- Our travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including, but not limited to, force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, and closure of or entry restrictions at a place of visit. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from this.
- Certain hotels may request a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out, subject to the hotel's policy.

- In case of road closures due to snow and slippery conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps or chained vehicles are permitted. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or arranged by us at an additional cost.
- During heavy rainfall or snowfall, vehicular movement may be suspended for traffic. Depending on weather conditions, roads may become blocked without notice. As such circumstances are beyond our control, we will not be liable for any such conditions. We will do whatever we can within our capacity.
- All tourists are required to carry valid photo IDs issued by any government institution.
- Some monuments or temples may be closed on specific days of the week or for certain days during festivals or royal ceremonies.
