- The car may or may not have power windows.
- In case vehicles are not permitted to go to Rohtang Pass due to any new guidelines proposed by the NGT (National Green Tribunal) or the Supreme Court, we will not be responsible in any case.
- If vehicles are allowed to go to Rohtang Pass, the guest will have to bear the expenses on their own if they wish to visit Rohtang Pass.
- For cancellations made more than 20 days before the check-in date, a service charge of Rs. 500 per person per night will apply as cancellation charges.
- Guests may redeem the advanced paid amount for a future booking, which is valid for up to 1 year.
- For cancellations made between 7 days and 20 days before the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total stay.
- For cancellations made on the check-in date or up to 7 days before the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total stay.
- All group bookings (10 room nights and above) will be non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds for no-shows and early check-outs.
- Guests will be responsible for any damages or incidentals during the tour.
- Please provide a credit card or an appropriate payment option as a guarantee for incidentals, as per the respective policy.
