Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Chandigarh to Shimla

Pickup from Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand by exclusive vehicle. Drive to Shimla (113 km, approx. 4 hours).Enjoy scenic views of the Himalayas on the way. En route, visit Timber Trail Resort (time permitting). Route covers Kalka, Parwanoo, Barog, and Solan. Check-in and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Visit Kufri and Mall Road

Begin your day in Shimla while witnessing the scenic landscape of the town and eating your breakfast. After that, you will start your day by visiting Kufri and other places like Green Valley, Mini Zoo, etc. – all that comes on the way to Kufri. In the noon, you can visit Mall Road, Lakkar Bazaar, Christ Church, and Kali Bari Temple; at the end of the day, head to your hotel for a comfortable sleep after the tour.

Day 3 Drive to Manali

The next day, after breakfast, drive to Manali. On the way, you will witness some gorgeous spots like Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, etc. We will stop in Kullu, where you can visit the Kullu shopping point and the Kullu rafting point. We will begin our journey to Manali, where you will be directly headed to your pre-booked hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4 Manali Local Sightseeing + Solang Valley

Early Morning, proceed for a full-day tour of Solang Valley /Rohtang Pass. The majesty of the mountains and glaciers can be seen at their best. After enjoying this snowy heaven, take a sled ride down the slopes and try your luck climbing the little snow hills. The magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight.

Note: All the adventure sports at Solang Valley/Snow Point are (on a direct payment basis. )Rohtang sightseeing is not included in the package (can be booked on a direct payment basis)

After that, visit the Manali Local Market and see the 450 years old Hadimba Devi Temple, built in the tranquil woods; it is the oldest temple in Manali, the Tibetan center & monastery, Club House, Vanvihar, Mall Road Manali and Vashisht village, known as for its hot Sulphur springs. Manali is a high-altitude Himalayan resort town in India’s northern Himachal Pradesh. Manali in the evening for shopping in the local market. At night, head to your hotel for Dinner and proper rest.

Day 5 Return Back to Chandigarh

After a delicious breakfast this morning, check out of the hotel and drove towards Chandigarh. Chandigarh is 248 km away and will take 08 hours to reach. The cab will drop you at Chandigarh. Your tour ends here. I hope you have new stories and a heart full of incredible memories.

Excellent Family Trip Experience with The Himalayan Safar We had an amazing family trip, and everything was very well planned and organized by Jagdish Ji and The Himalayan Safar. All our queries, even the smallest ones, were answered promptly before the tour started, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The cab was clean and well-maintained, and our driver was extremely polite (Read More), soft-spoken, punctual, and drove safely throughout the journey. All the hotels were excellent, highly rated, and had a family-friendly atmosphere. The food at every stay was delicious and of very good quality. Our kids enjoyed the trip a lot, and thankfully none of us experienced altitude or mountain sickness during the journey. The most impressive part of the service was the daily follow-up. Every morning and evening, Jagdish Ji checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and also briefed us about the next day's plan. This level of care and personal attention made the trip completely stress-free. Everything was well managed, on time, and exactly as promised. Our group of 7 friends recently traveled from Chennai to Himachal Pradesh, visiting Manali and Kasol, and we arranged our local travel through The Himalayan Safar by booking a 12-seater tempo traveller. It turned out to be a great decision. The driver (Mr. Hatinder) who accompanied us throughout the trip was extremely kind, helpful, and very punctual. He also suggested several places we could visit, which really enhanced our overall experience. The coordination with Mr. Jagdish was also seamless.
