Package Policies

- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
- An extra bed means an extra mattress.
- Heater charges are additional.
- The car may or may not have power windows.
- In case the vehicle is not allowed to go to Rohtang Pass due to any new guidelines proposed by the NGT (National Green Tribunal) or the Supreme Court, we will not be responsible in any case.
- If vehicles are allowed to go to Rohtang Pass, the guest will have to bear the expenses on their own if they wish to go to Rohtang Pass.
- Terms & Conditions:
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed if the services and amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations; this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- For cancellations made more than 20 days before the check-in date, a service charge of Rs. 500 per person per night will apply as cancellation charges.
- Guests may redeem the advanced paid amount for a future booking, which is valid for up to 1 year.
- For cancellations made between 7 days and 20 days before the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total stay.
- For cancellations made on the check-in date and up to 7 days before the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total stay.
- All group bookings of 10 room nights or more will be non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds for any shows or early check-outs.
