- Discounted prices apply from 5 January to 15 April and from 5 July to 20 December. Original prices will apply from 15 April to 5 July and from 20 December to 5 January.
- Due to traffic congestion, cabs will not enter Old Manali Market; complimentary pickup and drop-off at the bus stand are provided by transporters.
- During heavy snowfall, cabs to Solang will operate only up to Nehru Kund as per government orders; if a 4×4 vehicle is required, extra charges will apply and must be paid by you.
- Cab allocation:
- 1 Dzire for 2–4 persons
- 2 Dzires for 5–8 persons
- 3 Dzires for 9–12 persons
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Hotel meals are provided as per the MAP policy; extra meals are chargeable.
- Superior and Premium categories include only vegetarian meals; non-vegetarian meals are chargeable and payable directly at the hotel.
- Hotel rooms allow up to triple occupancy, except for couples traveling with more than one child.
- Additional snow-point sightseeing (Rohtang Pass, Sissu Lake, Koksar, or Gramphu) is subject to season, weather, and road conditions and is chargeable extra, payable directly to the driver.
- 100% refund if canceled more than 90 days before the trip
- 50% refund if canceled more than 60 days before the trip
- 25% refund if canceled more than 30 days before the trip
- No refund if 30 days or fewer remain before the trip
