On arrival at Surat Railway Station / Airport, guests are received and proceed towards Saputara, Gujarat’s only hill station, nestled in the lush Sahyadri ranges. The scenic drive winds through forests, waterfalls (seasonal), and tribal villages, offering refreshing mountain views. Upon arrival in Saputara, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely walk around Saputara Lake, where boating is available, followed by a visit to the beautifully landscaped Lake Garden. The cool climate and peaceful surroundings make for a perfect start to the holiday. Dinner and overnight stay at Saputara.
After breakfast, proceed for a full day of local sightseeing in Saputara. Visit Sunset Point, offering breathtaking views of the Western Ghats bathed in golden hues, followed by Sunrise Point, known for its panoramic valley views. Later, explore the Saputara Tribal Museum, which showcases the lifestyle, art, and culture of the region’s indigenous communities. Visit Gira Waterfalls (seasonal), a spectacular cascade set amidst dense forest, and enjoy nature walks in the surrounding area. In the evening, guests may visit Step Garden and Rose Garden or enjoy leisure time at the mall road. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed back to Surat. En route, enjoy the scenic forested drive descending from the hills. Upon arrival in Surat, guests are transferred to the Railway Station / Airport for their onward journey, concluding the tour with refreshing memories of Saputara’s cool climate, scenic viewpoints, and natural beauty.

- Daily buffet breakfast at the hotel's restaurant

- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees for museums and monuments.
- Any costs arising due to unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. Such expenses will have to be paid directly.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices, leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- Cancellation Policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment Terms: 50% payment is required for confirmation, and the remaining 50% payment is due 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required via email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
- An ID card (e.g., Aadhar, passport, driving license, election card) is required to show at the hotel/airport. Xerox or true copies will not be accepted.
