On arrival at Ahmedabad, the cultural heart of Gujarat and India’s first UNESCO World Heritage City, guests are warmly received and transferred to the hotel. After check-in and relaxation, proceed for an insightful heritage tour. Visit the iconic Sabarmati Ashram, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi and a symbol of India’s freedom movement. Continue to the beautifully carved Adalaj Stepwell, an architectural marvel showcasing Indo-Islamic craftsmanship. After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Palanpur, located in North Gujarat. - Cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment terms: 50% payment is required for confirmation, and the remaining 50% must be paid 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service is within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required via email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
