- If a customer cancels between 13 and 3 days in advance of the scheduled departure, a 50 percent cancellation fee will be charged from the paid deposit.
- If a customer cancels within 2 days of the scheduled departure, or does not show up at the meeting point on time, a 100 percent cancellation fee will be charged from the paid deposit.
