Check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 noon (Early check-in is subject to availability). Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to weather conditions to ensure smooth execution of tours.
On New Year’s Eve, if the hotel arranges a "Gala Dinner," an extra cost will apply. This will be compulsory as per hotel policy.
We shall not be responsible for the cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
In the Shimla-Manali package, the return from Manali to Shimla by cab is subject to availability; otherwise, a deluxe bus will be provided.
Though Himachal has witnessed significant tourist growth, the facilities of hotels, services, and aids may not be on par with those in developed cities. Hotels in Himachal are categorized based on location, services, and costing, and not by star classification (i.e., 1*, 2*, 3*, etc.).
We may have to reschedule sightseeing days due to the closure of monuments.
Extra costs may apply for unforeseen events.
Terms & Conditions:
All services provided and assured by the Company are subject to full realization of payment prior to departure. If payment is made by cheque, the tour components will be delivered only after the cheque is cleared.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour package/tour component prior to departure. If cancelled, the liability shall be limited to refunding all money paid by the tourist for that tour component.
The Company may amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion, or facility it has advertised, or substitute a hotel of a similar class if deemed necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or consequential loss.
No person other than the Company has the authority to vary or waive any terms or conditions.
Star Classification of Hotels:
The star classification of hotels (5-star, 4-star, etc.) is provided by the supplier and may not be accurate. The Company cannot be held liable for incorrect information.
Baggage Allowance:
One suitcase not exceeding 20 kg for international flights and 15 kg for domestic flights, and one cabin baggage not exceeding 7 kg is allowed. Always check with the airline or transporter for specific baggage rules.
The Company is not liable for any loss or late delivery of baggage.
Meals:
The number of meals, including breakfast, corresponds to the number of nights booked at the hotel. Hotels do not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
Meal arrangements may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. The meals are preset, and there is no choice of menu.
Transfers:
Packages: Transportation is provided on a Seat in Coach (SIC) basis or private vehicle depending on the package booked.
Sightseeing Tours: Transportation may be on a SIC basis or private vehicle basis.
Airport Transfer: Transportation may be on a SIC basis or private vehicle basis.
Currency:
The Company recommends carrying holiday spending money in both currency and traveler’s cheques. Traveler’s cheques are the safest as they can be replaced if lost or stolen.
The Company is not responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Mode of Payment:
The amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
The booking will only be processed after 30% of the total amount has been paid. Full payment must be made 20 days before the tour starts.

Debit / Credit Card
For bookings made within 10 days of travel, 100% payment is required.
Liability:
The Company is acting as a booking agent for the overseas tour operator and is not responsible for any injuries, deaths, loss, deficiency in service, or damage caused by third-party operators (airlines, hotels, etc.).

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed in the same currency used for payment, at no interest. The company is not responsible for exchange rate differences.
60+ days before travel: 80% refund.
59-40 days before travel: 50% refund.
39-25 days before travel: 25% refund.
24-15 days before travel: 15% refund.
Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
Hotel and flight cancellation charges apply as per supplier rules.
A minimum 10% service charge applies for cancellations after booking.
No refund for bookings made during the peak season (from Dec 20 to Jan 15).
Refunds for unused services will be processed as per the cancellation policy, and the amount will be refunded after 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
Travel packages may require considerable walking and physical activity. Tours may include adventure sports that are suitable only for medically fit individuals. Heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, and those with respiratory disorders should refrain from undertaking such tours.
The Company is not responsible for any medical complications during the tour. All travelers are advised to undergo a medical check-up and obtain a fitness certificate before booking.
For bookings within 10 days of travel: 100% of the tour package cost is required.
For bookings within 10-20 days: 75% payment is required, with balance payment at booking confirmation.
For bookings made more than 20 days before travel: 50% of the tour package cost is required at the time of booking.
The Company is not liable for any cancellations or delays due to fog, bad weather, or airline-related issues.
By signing the booking form, the guest accepts all terms and conditions.

It w (Read More)as our 4th journey in Himachal Pradesh. This time we cover the offbeat destinations like Shangarh, Jalori-pass, Jibhi, Kasol, Manikaran, Tosh village, TilokNath, Udaipur, Kelong, Sishu, Atal tunnel etc.
Ultimately, it became a pleasure for us to choose Trek India holidays for our tour planner.
Specially thanks to Mrs Shivani Thakur. Very meticulously she planned our Itinerary. Keeping in mind of our safety security and comforts in optimal levels for all the members of different age group.
The vehicle was comfortable and driver was efficient and polite.
Mr Sunil Thakur also keep vigilance in day and nights for our smooth and safe journey.
Accommodation everywhere was above the mark s specially in Sangharh( Paradise homestay), Kasol(Sony cottage) and finally in Manali ( Whispering Valley Resort and rooftop cafe).
Everywhere rooms were spacious & with view with all amenities including room heaters.
Dinner and breakfasts were more than sufficient obviously tasty and with wide spread everywhere specially in Manali.
Once again we thanks our dear Shibhani for her career approach in every steps and on the last day evening she personally came to meet with our family with his little kid.
We were overwhelmed for her graciousness.
Definitely we will choose again Trek India Holidays for our next trip in Himachal.
