- Pickup & drop from Delhi Airport / Railway Station as per the itinerary by Sedan Car.
- Non-Alcoholic welcome drink (i.e. Tea/Coffee/Juice) on arrival at the hotel.
- Accommodation for 8 nights for 2 adults in 01 room on double occupancy.
- MAP Meal Plan: Buffet of 8 breakfasts and 8 dinners for each person, as per the hotel night stay.
- Individual Sedan Car for covering H.P sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Taxes & Expenditures Included: Parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expenses, and driver expenses.
- Airfare / Train fare.
- Monument entrance fees / Camera fees.
- Any adventure activities (e.g., skiing, paragliding).
- Meals other than specified. Any personal expenses – laundry, shopping, tips, etc.
- For heater requirements, directly contact the hoteliers.
- Medical facilities – Doctor on call, medicines, etc.
- The above package can be customized as per the customer’s requirements.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 12:00 noon (Early check-in is subject to availability). Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- We may reschedule the sightseeing days due to weather conditions to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- On New Year’s Eve, if the hotel arranges a "Gala Dinner," an extra cost will apply. This will be compulsory as per hotel policy.
- We shall not be responsible for the cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
- In the Shimla-Manali package, the return from Manali to Shimla by cab is subject to availability; otherwise, a deluxe bus will be provided.
- Though Himachal has witnessed significant tourist growth, the facilities of hotels, services, and aids may not be on par with those in developed cities. Hotels in Himachal are categorized based on location, services, and costing, and not by star classification (i.e., 1*, 2*, 3*, etc.).
- We may have to reschedule sightseeing days due to the closure of monuments.
- Extra costs may apply for unforeseen events.
- All services provided and assured by the Company are subject to full realization of payment prior to departure. If payment is made by cheque, the tour components will be delivered only after the cheque is cleared.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour package/tour component prior to departure. If cancelled, the liability shall be limited to refunding all money paid by the tourist for that tour component.
- The Company may amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion, or facility it has advertised, or substitute a hotel of a similar class if deemed necessary. In either case, the Company shall not be liable for any additional expenses or consequential loss.
- No person other than the Company has the authority to vary or waive any terms or conditions.
- The star classification of hotels (5-star, 4-star, etc.) is provided by the supplier and may not be accurate. The Company cannot be held liable for incorrect information.
- One suitcase not exceeding 20 kg for international flights and 15 kg for domestic flights, and one cabin baggage not exceeding 7 kg is allowed. Always check with the airline or transporter for specific baggage rules.
- The Company is not liable for any loss or late delivery of baggage.
- The number of meals, including breakfast, corresponds to the number of nights booked at the hotel. Hotels do not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
- Meal arrangements may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. The meals are preset, and there is no choice of menu.
- Packages: Transportation is provided on a Seat in Coach (SIC) basis or private vehicle depending on the package booked.
- Sightseeing Tours: Transportation may be on a SIC basis or private vehicle basis.
- Airport Transfer: Transportation may be on a SIC basis or private vehicle basis.
- The Company recommends carrying holiday spending money in both currency and traveler’s cheques. Traveler’s cheques are the safest as they can be replaced if lost or stolen.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- The amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
- The booking will only be processed after 30% of the total amount has been paid. Full payment must be made 20 days before the tour starts.
- Payments can be made via:Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
- Electronic Money Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
- Online Payment via PayPal
- Debit / Credit Card
- For bookings made within 10 days of travel, 100% payment is required.
- The Company is acting as a booking agent for the overseas tour operator and is not responsible for any injuries, deaths, loss, deficiency in service, or damage caused by third-party operators (airlines, hotels, etc.).
