- Gondola Phase 1 tickets: ₹810; Phase 1 and Phase 2 combined: ₹2,100 to ₹2,250.
- It is mandatory to carry a government-recognized photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
- Free stay for two children under 5 years when using existing beds.
- Extra charges apply for children aged 6–12 years needing an extra bed.
- Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age; accompanying children must be between 1-12 years.
- Extra bed with booking is facilitated by a folding cot or mattress.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges. Standard check-in time is 12 PM; check-out is at 12 PM. Contact the hotel for early check-in or late check-out.
- Room payment does not include charges for optional services (e.g., room service, minibar, snacks, or phone calls).
