✅ Terms & Conditions
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
All services such as hotels, flights, and transfers are subject to availability at the time of booking.
This is only a quotation and no services are confirmed until full or partial payment is received.
In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotel, a similar alternative will be provided. Any price difference will be communicated.
Standard hotel check-in time is between 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM and check-out time is between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (subject to hotel policy).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room allocation (Double/Twin) is at the discretion of the hotel at the time of check-in.
Meals are provided as per the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.
Final itinerary may vary due to operational reasons; however, all inclusions will remain the same.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
In case of medical emergencies, quarantine, or any additional stay, all expenses must be borne by the traveler.
Any changes or modifications after booking confirmation will be subject to additional charges.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in hotel rates, currency exchange, or other external factors.
High season surcharges may apply during festivals, events, or peak travel dates.
Final vouchers will be shared within 48–72 hours prior to departure.

✅ Important Notes
Final payment will be calculated as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment.
Rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Any rescheduling of travel will incur additional charges as applicable.
The package cost does not include any personal expenses such as tips, laundry, beverages, or optional activities unless specified.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and complete.
Any increase in taxes or government levies will be charged extra.

✅ TCS (Tax Collected at Source)
As per applicable government regulations, TCS will be collected on international travel packages.
TCS is adjustable against the traveler’s Income Tax Return.
TCS once collected is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

✅ Booking Policy

A minimum advance payment of 25% is required to confirm the booking.
100% payment is required before departure as per the timeline shared at the time of booking.
Air tickets require full payment before issuance.

✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.
Airline cancellation will be as per airline rules and will be charged separately.
Cancellation charges:
More than 45 days before departure: 20% of total cost
30 days before departure: 40% of total cost
30 to 14 days before departure: 70% of total cost
14 to 05 days before departure: 100% of total cost
Immediate cancellation after booking: ₹5,000 per person will be charged.
No-show at departure: 100% cancellation charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting all charges.

✅ Liability Clause (IMPORTANT – must add)

The company shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or modification of services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
Any additional expenses arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler.
