Day 1 Arrival at Rann Utsav

- 17:00 – 17:30 Hrs - Departure for Sunset Point
- 17:30 – 19:00 Hrs - Visit Sunset Point at the White Desert
- 19:00 – 19:30 Hrs - Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo
Day 2 Excursion to Sunrise Point and Kala Dungar
- 06:00 – 06:30 Hrs – Departure for Sunrise Point kala dungar
- 06:30 – 07:30 Hrs – Visit the Sunrise Point at White Desert
- 14:30 – 15:00 Hrs – Excursion to Kala Dungar & White Desert
- 15:00 – 19:30 Hrs – Visit Kala Dungar and Gandhi Nu Gaam, then return to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo
Day 3 Departure
- 09:30 Hrs: Check out
- Complimentary sightseeing of Shree Swaminarayan Temple
- Kutch Museum (Note: Kutch Museum remains closed every Wednesday)

Package Policies
- Pickup from Bhuj Railway Station/Airport to Dhordo Tent City.
- All transfers will be provided in A.C. coaches on an S.I.C. basis at the following timings:
- 08:15 Hrs
- 10:00 Hrs
- 13:30 Hrs
- 15:30 Hrs
- 17:30 Hrs
- Drop from Dhordo Tent City to Bhuj Railway Station/Airport will be available at:
- 04:30 Hrs
- 09:30 Hrs
- Meals will be served at the scheduled times in the respective dining areas.
- Missed meals will not be refunded or carried forward to the next day.
- The itinerary and package are fixed and cannot be interchanged.
- Guests who miss a visit as per the itinerary may be accommodated on request at an additional charge.
- Accommodation in the tent will be provided on a twin-sharing basis.
- Two bottles of drinking water will be provided per day per tent.
- No complimentary transfers will be available after the above-mentioned timings.

- Tent allotment for guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability.
- The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo is approximately 85 km and takes around 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- Check-in Time: 12:30 Hrs
- Check-out Time: 09:30 Hrs
- 90% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 60% refund if cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- In case of a primary guest name change, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of any change in the check-in date, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case the existing room category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
