- Elephant ride at Amber Fort, Jaipur.
- Jeep ride at any monument point as per the itinerary.
- Guide charges, entry fees, and camera charges, if any.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as cyclones, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (To be borne by the client and payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in costs for surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

- Child below 5 years: Complimentary.
- Child 5-12 years: Without extra bed as mentioned in the cost column (Cnb - Child No Bed).

- About Vehicle:
- We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
- We use A/C Etios / Dzire for 1-4 passengers.

- We use A/C Tempo Traveller for more than 6-12 passengers.
- About Hotel:
- Check-in time is 11:00 hrs & check-out time will be 11:00 hrs (may vary from hotel to hotel).
- The category of rooms in the packages normally remains the base category of rooms.
- A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
- For an extra adult in the room, we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most hotels only provide an extra mattress or rollaway bed.
- The operator reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
- Important Facts for Travelers:
- Please carry original ID proof (Voter ID card/Passport/Driving License, etc.) for security purposes and hotel policy.
- In high season, no refund will be applicable within 30 days of the tour's start date (normal cancellation policy will not apply on those dates).
- For high season bookings, 50% payment must be made at the time of confirmation, and the remaining amount must be cleared before 30 days of the tour's start date.
- Guests should always remain calm with the drivers, as they may not be tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
- Room heaters are available at an extra cost, to be borne by the guest directly (generally required in Jaisalmer & Mount Abu).
- The duration mentioned in the itinerary may not be precise; it is the expected time when strictly driving, depending on current road conditions. Otherwise, the journey is conducted in such a way that we always stop midway for visiting villages, markets, photography, and major landmarks of importance based on the client's interest.
- Please note that some sightseeing/itinerary may change due to time limits, weather, national holidays, and special events. We maintain the right to alter the itinerary as tours are made in advance, and unforeseen circumstances that mandate change may arise. Itinerary changes are made to improve your overall travel experience.
