Child Policy

• Children below 5 years: Complimentary, sharing parents' existing bed, subject to hotel/camp policy.
• Children 5–11 years: Child rate will apply when sharing the room with parents.
• Children 12 years and above: Considered as adults and charged at the applicable adult rate.
• Extra bed/mattress for children is subject to hotel availability and applicable charges.
• Child policy may vary depending on the hotel, desert camp and number of children in the booking.
• Any additional charges for meals, activities, safari or extra beds for children will be payable as applicable.

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before the tour date: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation 8–14 days before the tour date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the tour date: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
• No-show or cancellation within 48 hours of departure: No refund will be provided.
• Any non-refundable hotel, desert camp, transport, activity or other supplier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Once the tour has commenced, no refund will be provided for unused services, early departure, missed sightseeing, or changes made by the guest.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
• In case of cancellation due to weather, natural calamity, road closure, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, the applicable supplier cancellation terms will apply.
