Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Siliguri to Darjeeling - Bagdogra Airport / NJP Station– Darjeeling Hotel

Meet and greet upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station or Bagdogra International Airport.
Transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft).
Check-in to the hotel upon arrival.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 2 Darjeeling - Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill

Early morning (4:00 AM) visit to Tiger Hill (subject to availability of permit/token).
Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Starting at 8:30 AM, visit the following attractions:

Himalayan Mountaineering Institute
P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays)
Tenzing Rock
Ropeway
Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays)
Tea Garden (outer view)
Japanese Temple

Evening free for shopping or leisure.
Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 3 Darjeeling – Day Excursion to Mirik

After breakfast, transfer to Mirik (4,902 ft.), a small picturesque hill station with a beautiful lake surrounded by forested hills and the backdrop of Mt. Kanchenjunga.
En route, visit Pasupati Market, located at the Indo-Nepal border (extra vehicle charges will apply for the Nepal border to Pasupati Market on a direct payment basis).
The drive to Mirik passes through fascinating tea gardens, cardamom plantations, and pine forests.
Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Sumendu Lake, renowned for being one of the most beautiful man-made lakes.
You may enjoy a horse ride and boating at this location on a direct payment basis.
In the evening, return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 4 Darjeeling - Bagdogra Airport / Njp Railway Drop

After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Transfer to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.
Return to your destination with sweet memories.

All package quotes mentioned above are not applicable for tours scheduled during peak season dates, long weekends, festive periods, blackout dates, or during the Diwali festival from October 18, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
Package quotes are also not applicable during the Christmas and New Year season from December 20, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
The package price does not include gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
A maximum of three adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.

Cancellation Policy

Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transporters, and other third-party vendors, cancellation fees will apply. These are calculated as a percentage of the total tour cost, based on the notice period provided before the tour start date:

30 days prior to departure: 10% of the tour/service cost
15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour/service cost
7 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour/service cost
No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before departure.

Special Note: The company reserves the right to modify its policies at any time, either before the departure date or during the tour.
Note: Confirmed bookings cancelled on arrival or refusal to check-in will be treated as no-show and will incur retention charges as per hotel policy.
High-Season & Peak Period Bookings: For all bookings during the peak season and festive season (December 20th to January 5th), and for any dates specifically indicated as "non-refundable" or "peak" at the time of booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation After Tour Commencement: The company is unable to offer any refunds for any unused portions of the tour (including accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transportation, etc.) once the tour has commenced, for any reason whatsoever. The company may, at its sole discretion, attempt to recover amounts from suppliers, but any refund based on such recovery is not guaranteed and will be processed after deducting all administrative costs.

If you need to book a trip to South Jaideep (Kiorra travels) is your man, he simply caters to each and every need that you have and will pick your calls always if you need anything. I have a heart condition and thus had some reservations regarding the trip and food. But Jaideep took care of everything The properties were awesome, the food was specially made according to my needs . The driver Yusuf was soft spoken and he showed us all the spots even those which were not covered in the intenary. It was such a great Trip, Jaideep takes your budget also into account and tells you where to spend more and less according to the trip. I would definitely consider kiorra travels and Jaideep for future trips too
