- The itinerary may be adjusted according to weather, road accessibility, traffic, and local regulations.
- Meals are limited to breakfast and dinner unless otherwise specified.
- Any service not expressly listed in the confirmed inclusions may involve additional charges.

- Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to receipt of the required advance payment and confirmation of hotels, transportation, and other included services.
- Cancellation terms will be communicated to the client before payment and booking confirmation.
- Cancellation Charges
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the client, the following standard package cancellation schedule will apply, subject to the confirmed hotel, transport, and activity suppliers' cancellation conditions:
- 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost.
- 8–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 4–7 days before arrival: 75% of the total package cost.
- Within 3 days of arrival or in case of no-show: Up to 100% of the total package cost.
- The final cancellation deduction will be calculated according to the disclosed package terms and applicable supplier charges.
- Where supplier cancellation charges exceed the standard schedule, the actual applicable charges will be communicated with a breakdown before the refund is finalized.
- Non-Refundable Bookings and Services
- Certain hotel offers, peak-season reservations, special room categories, prepaid activities, and other confirmed services may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation conditions.
- Any such condition will be disclosed to the client before the booking is confirmed.
- Amendments and Date Changes
- Requests to change travel dates, hotel categories, room configurations, or other package services are subject to availability.
- Additional costs, rate differences, and applicable amendment charges may apply.
- A date change is not considered confirmed until written approval is provided by the service provider and the relevant suppliers.
- Early Departure or Unused Services
- No automatic refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transportation, or other services voluntarily missed by the client.
- Any refund or credit will depend on the supplier's written approval and the applicable booking terms.
- Weather Conditions, Road Closures, and Unforeseen Events
- If weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events affect the itinerary, the service provider will coordinate reasonable alternative arrangements wherever possible.
- Refunds for services that cannot be provided will be assessed according to the applicable supplier terms, the services actually delivered, and applicable law.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever practicable, generally within 7–14 working days after the final refund amount is confirmed by the relevant suppliers.
- If a supplier's refund is delayed, the client will be informed of the status and expected timeline.
- Cancellation by the Service Provider
- If the service provider cancels a confirmed service or cannot provide a promised service, the client will be informed and offered an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.
- Written Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel used for the booking.
- The effective cancellation date will be determined by the time the written request is received and acknowledged.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By confirming the package and making payment, the client acknowledges the cancellation and refund terms shared before booking confirmation.

We had a wonderful experience with Javed from Wow Kashmir! He is a great tour operator and, more importantly, someone who actually listens to what you want from (Read More) your trip.
We had reached Srinagar around 11 AM on our first day and wanted to cover all the gardens before our Shikara ride at sunset. Javed was completely open to the idea and planned the route so well that we managed to cover all of them and still reach in time for the Shikara ride. The timing worked out perfectly!
What we really loved was how he paid attention to the little things we were interested in. We wanted to experience Kashmir through its food as well, so he sweetly got us Noon Chai and traditional Kashmiri breakfast bread from his own home. He also helped us find really fresh trout, took us to a great place to try Kashmiri Wazwan, and helped us get some lovely apples.
Javed doesn't just follow an itinerary. He listens, understands what you are looking for, and genuinely tries to add those little experiences that turn a trip into a collection of memories.

Our trip was skillfully planned and customized by Ms Aafreen of Velmora Holidays who was very supportive throughout and helped in respects whenever needed. She was always ready to attend our calls and provide assistance.
The driver Mr Aqib Bhai also entertained us through out our trip.
We were provided Hotel Siddeeq Palace which is a nice hotel. All the staff in the hotel are honest and attentive. But there are some issues in the food quality of the restaurant of the hotel.
We all enjoyed the trip to our best.
There is need of improvement in the food quality of the restaurant.
