- Above is just a quote, and no reservations have been made so far. All airline sectors and hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation with advance payments.
- The prices we obtain for you from the airlines, rail, hotel, and ground handling services suppliers are all confidential rates that can only be sold as part of a package. Therefore, no break-up of prices may be provided before or after the tour confirmation.
- This offer is based on a minimum number of 2 persons traveling together, and the price will vary if the number decreases or increases. The difference is payable by the clients.
- Airfare, tours, trains, and hotels mentioned are based on availability as of today, and the services and prices may vary if booked later.
- All confirmation vouchers will be sent 5 to 7 days before travel, including driver contacts, emergency contact information, a day-wise itinerary, and all tours and other documents, subject to 100% payments received on time and visa copies received.
- The full invoice amount will be calculated as per the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of final payments, with the on-account amount adjusted against the same.
- Final payments must be made at least 45bdays prior to departure (or as per the deadline given by the overseas suppliers upon confirmation) according to the prevailing rate of exchange on that day.
- A 50% non-refundable on-account payment will be required to initiate hotel reservations and hold the bookings within the time limit.
- Availability and prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received for a package.
- As per the RBI circular dated June 7, 2018, furnishing of PAN card and passport copies of each traveler is mandatory.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected or booked return date.
- Cancellation penalties apply to all elements of the package and will be confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.
- This package includes hotels, tours, and transfers. No single component can be booked.
- Service tax is normally payable at the rate of 5% of the total package price separately unless included in the offer.
- Itinerary descriptions are guaranteed, except for unforeseen conditions, which include but are not limited to closures due to weather, acts of God, safety concerns, poor weather, and actions by third parties beyond the control of the service provider.
- New tourist tax, if applicable, is payable directly to hotels.
- Hotel check-in time is 14:00 / 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00 / 12:00 hours. Early check-in may be requested but is not guaranteed.
- Some sightseeing and its timings are subject to weather conditions.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances, unforeseen incidents, or natural calamities, hotels, activities, transfer types, or meals may need to be changed or canceled. Similar options will be provided to the best of our ability.
- Travel insurance: Travelers must read the policy of the insurance for all details of standard coverage and emergency contact procedures. Any possible or required insurance upgrade must be pre-purchased.
- Hotels quoted are of star category as published worldwide, and we do not have control over the services and facilities offered by the hotels. Please check the hotels' websites and reviews before finalizing.
- Items other than specified, tips and portage, mini bar consumption, room service, laundry, and telephone calls are not included in the offer.
- Special offers and complementary services: Please adhere to the payment schedule prescribed to be eligible for benefits under such offers, promotions, or schemes. - We offer assistance in visa processing with holiday package bookings, but not as a stand-alone visa processing service.
- For visas: It is the travelers' responsibility to provide the required documents as mandated by the embassy or high commission for visa applications, including a valid passport. The grant of the visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or high commission.
- Visa assistance fee, travel insurance premium, and booking fee are non-refundable at any time.
