- On arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our driver, who will assist you in boarding your vehicle to Gangtok.
- On arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
- About Gangtok: at an altitude of 1,750 m, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid-19th century and has developed rapidly since then. The downtown area is dominated by large government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols.
- Gangtok is also a staging point for people travelling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by monasteries and orchids, it is truly a traveller's delight.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
- After breakfast, begin the journey towards Lachen.
- On the way, visit Singhik View Point, Seven Sister Waterfalls and Naga Waterfalls.
- Lunch on the way.
- Check in to your hotel on arrival (if the route is open).

- Proceed early in the morning on a half-day excursion to Thangu Valley (11,800 ft / 3,598 m / 25 km / approx. 1½ hours one way), Gurudongmar Lake and Amitabh Bachchan Waterfalls.
- After the excursion, return to the Lachen hotel and then proceed to Lachung for your stay.
- Overnight stay at Lachung.
- Proceed early in the morning on a half-day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft / 3,598 m / 25 km / approx. 1½ hours one way).

Package Policies
- Accommodation for 6 nights in 06 rooms: 3 nights in Gangtok, 1 night in Lachen and 2 nights in Lachung, at the hotels listed or similar.
- Meals as per the meal plan: breakfast in Gangtok, and breakfast and dinner in Lachen and Lachung.
- Exclusive non-A/C vehicle (02 Sumo / Bolero or similar) on a private, point-to-point basis for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- All permit fees and taxes as per the itinerary.
- Air or train fare and Siliguri stay.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips and gratuities, mineral water, soft and hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy rides (toy train) and porterage.
- Additional sightseeing or extra use of the vehicle beyond what is mentioned in the itinerary.

- Any cost arising from natural calamities such as landslides or road blockages, or from political disturbances (strikes), which must be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot.

- Duration: 06 Nights / 07 Days.
- Documents to carry: a valid Passport or Voter's Card and 2 copies of passport-sized photographs with a plain background. Children below 18 years must carry a Birth Certificate.
- Vehicle: 02 Sumo / Bolero or similar, exclusive non-A/C vehicles on a private basis for transfers and sightseeing.
- The vehicle will not be at the guests' disposal throughout the day. It will be available only as per the itinerary (point-to-point basis).
- Zero Point permit and Nathula Pass are available at extra cost and are not included in the package.
- Changes may be made according to weather conditions, and travel dates may be postponed.
- Full-day sightseeing is 8 to 9 hours. Half-day sightseeing is 4 hours.
- Important: the following details are needed to process your booking: guest name and contact number, a name list with gender and age, and arrival and departure details.
- Carry the following on arrival:
- Copies of the hotel vouchers, which will be provided within 4-6 working days after the package is confirmed.
- One original valid ID proof (Voter ID, Passport or Driving Licence) and 4 photocopies of it for each person. PAN Card and Aadhaar Card are not accepted as ID proof. For a child below 18 years, carry an Aadhaar Card or Birth Certificate.
- 4 passport-sized photographs of each person.
- Essentials: carry a feather jacket and heavy woollens in winter and light woollens in summer. Also carry walking boots, a rainproof jacket during the monsoon, a torch, spare batteries, a water flask, cold cream, personal medicines and sunglasses. Heavy woollen clothing is strongly advised for Lachen and Lachung, as these areas of North Sikkim remain very cold throughout the year.
- Package policy:
- The above itinerary is a suggested tour plan.
- The company is responsible only for the services charged to the guest. All other services not paid for are suggested services, and the company is not bound to provide them or pay for them.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times will follow the timings of the respective hotels.
- The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest during the tour.
- The company is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger during the tour.
- Any claim related to the package must be brought to the company's notice within one week.
- Terms and conditions:
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel at check-in, depending on availability, in the room category specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund can be claimed if the hotel services and amenities do not meet your expectations.
- Any cost arising from natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages or political disturbances (strikes) must be borne by the guest and is payable directly on the spot.
- Amendment:
- An amendment to a booked tour will be treated as a cancellation.
- Minor amendments can be made on payment of a communication charge, which varies from case to case.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to us by email or fax.
- Within 30 days of the date of booking: communication charges of Rs. 2,000 per person only.
- 30-15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost.
- 14-07 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
- 07-03 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost.
- 02 days prior to departure or no-show: 100% of the tour cost.
- The above are the cancellation rules, but we will make our best possible effort to minimise cancellation charges.
