Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi – Manali (570 Kms/ 12-14 Hrs)
At 6:00 PM, report at the designated Delhi Volvo pick-up point (on your own) and depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation. Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo.
Exotic Manali offers something special for everyone. It provides peace to meditators, inspiration to artists, and daring activities for adventure seekers. On the way to Manali, you will experience the cool breeze soothing you from the serene environment and be amazed by the jaw-dropping landscapes.
Upon arrival at the Manali Volvo Stand, our representative will welcome you warmly and transfer you to the hotel.
After freshening up, proceed for a day city tour of Manali, which includes:
  • Hadimba Devi Temple: Constructed in 1553 A.D., this temple is dedicated to Himachal’s most significant deity, Hadimba Mata.
  • Vashisht Hot Springs: Dedicated to Vashisht Muni, this place is well-known for its curative hot water and religious significance.
  • Club House and Tibetan Monastery.
You can explore the Mall Road and the IBEX Market of Manali in the evening.
Overnight Stay: At the hotel.
After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Solang Valley.
Admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and enjoy various thrilling adventure activities like paragliding, zorbing, and horse riding during summertime.
Solang Valley transforms into a snowy wonderland during winter, offering the perfect vista for several snow activities.
After enjoying the outing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Note: The National Green Tribunal allows only a limited number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass daily. The visit to Rohtang Pass is subject to the availability of permits from the SDM Office in Manali on the spot at an additional cost.
After breakfast, visit:
  • Naggar Castle: Once the residence of the Raja of Kullu, it is now popular for shooting national and international movies due to its overwhelming scenery.
  • Roerich Art Gallery: This gallery displays the artwork of the famous Russian painter Nikolai Roerich and enchants every visitor with its fabulous paintings and serene surroundings.
Later, return to Manali to catch your Volvo for Delhi. Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo.

Hotel star ratings are provided by suppliers and based on local standards. Facilities may vary from the descriptions provided.

Baggage Allowance
Domestic flights allow 15 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of cabin baggage. Airlines may charge extra for additional baggage, for which the company will not be liable.

Meals
Meals correspond to the nights booked; breakfast is not provided on arrival day. Meal arrangements may be subject to change.

Transfers
Depending on the package, transportation for sightseeing and airport transfers may be on a Seat-In-Coach (SIC) or private vehicle basis.

Currency and Payments
Travelers are advised to carry spending money in local currency or traveler’s cheques. The company is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
Payments must be made as per the following 30% of the total amount at booking.
Full payment 20 days before departure.
Instant bookings require 100% upfront payment.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund timelines and amounts are as follows:
  • 60+ days before travel: 80% refund of total cost.
  • 59-40 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • 39-25 days before travel: 25% refund.

  • Less than 15 days: No refund.
  • Additional hotel, flight, or service charges with their own cancellation rules may apply.

We the members of our Dr family comprising of 12 paxs, of age group of 2 yrs to 70 yrs just completed our memorable sweet holidays in Himachal Pradesh in the third week of November this year. It w (Read More)as our 4th journey in Himachal Pradesh. This time we cover the offbeat destinations like Shangarh, Jalori-pass, Jibhi, Kasol, Manikaran, Tosh village, TilokNath, Udaipur, Kelong, Sishu, Atal tunnel etc. Ultimately, it became a pleasure for us to choose Trek India holidays for our tour planner. Specially thanks to Mrs Shivani Thakur. Very meticulously she planned our Itinerary. Keeping in mind of our safety security and comforts in optimal levels for all the members of different age group. The vehicle was comfortable and driver was efficient and polite. Mr Sunil Thakur also keep vigilance in day and nights for our smooth and safe journey. Accommodation everywhere was above the mark s specially in Sangharh( Paradise homestay), Kasol(Sony cottage) and finally in Manali ( Whispering Valley Resort and rooftop cafe). Everywhere rooms were spacious & with view with all amenities including room heaters. Dinner and breakfasts were more than sufficient obviously tasty and with wide spread everywhere specially in Manali. Once again we thanks our dear Shibhani for her career approach in every steps and on the last day evening she personally came to meet with our family with his little kid. We were overwhelmed for her graciousness. Definitely we will choose again Trek India Holidays for our next trip in Himachal.
