Day 1 Delhi – Manali (570 Kms/ 12-14 Hrs)
- At 6:00 PM, report at the designated Delhi Volvo pick-up point (on your own) and depart for Manali to experience a wonderful vacation.
- Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo.

Day 2 Arrival in Manali – Local City Tour
- Upon arrival at the Manali Volvo Stand, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the hotel.
- After freshening up, proceed for a day city tour of Manali, which includes:
- Hadimba Devi Temple: Constructed in 1553 A.D., this temple is dedicated to Himachal’s most significant deity, Hadimba Mata.
- Vashisht Hot Springs: Dedicated to Vashisht Muni, this location is well-known for its curative hot water and religious significance.
- Club House and Tibetan Monastery.
- You can explore the Mall Road and the IBEX Market of Manali in the evening.
- Overnight Stay: At the hotel.
Day 3 Manali – Solang Valley - (14 Kms/45 Mins) – Manali
- After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Solang Valley.
- Admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and enjoy various thrilling adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing, and horse riding during the summertime.
- Solang Valley transforms into a snowy wonderland during winter, offering the perfect setting for several snow activities.
- After enjoying the outing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
- Note: In case of heavy snowfall, the vehicle will go up to the snow line only. You can book a 4x4 vehicle by paying extra charges on the spot.
Day 4 Manali – Nagar – Manali - Delhi
- After breakfast, visit:
- Naggar Castle: Once the residence of the Raja of Kullu, it is now popular for shooting national and international movies due to its stunning scenery.
- Roerich Art Gallery: This gallery displays the artwork of the famous Russian painter Nikolai Roerich and enchants every visitor with its beautiful paintings and serene surroundings.
- Later, return to Manali to catch your Volvo for Delhi. Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo.

Important Notes
- The above package can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.
- Check-in time at hotels is noon (early check-in is subject to availability), and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Sightseeing days may be rescheduled due to weather conditions to ensure smooth tour execution.
- The company shall not be responsible for cancellations of cabs or buses due to bad weather.
- For Shimla-Manali packages, the return to Shimla from Manali by cab is subject to availability; otherwise, a deluxe bus will be provided.
- While Himachal Pradesh has been experiencing a surge in tourism, hotel facilities and services may differ from those in urban destinations. Hotels are categorized based on location, services, and cost rather than conventional star ratings.
- Monument visits are subject to availability on the scheduled day; rescheduling may occur if necessary.
- Extra costs may apply for any unforeseen events.
- Services and Payment
- All services are subject to full payment realization before departure.
- Services will be provided only after the cheque is realized for payments made by cheque.
- The company reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw advertised tours or substitute hotels of similar class, if necessary, without liability for damages or expenses.
- No variation in terms and conditions is valid unless confirmed in writing by the company.
- Hotel star ratings are provided by suppliers and based on local standards. Facilities may vary from the descriptions provided.
- Domestic flights allow 15 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of cabin baggage. Airlines may charge extra for additional baggage, for which the company will not be liable.
- Meals correspond to the nights booked; breakfast is not provided on the arrival day. Meal arrangements may be subject to change.
- Depending on the package, transportation for sightseeing and airport transfers may be on a Seat-In-Coach (SIC) or private vehicle basis.
- Travelers are advised to carry spending money in local currency or traveler’s cheques. The company is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
- Payments must be made as follows: 30% of the total amount at booking.
- Full payment is required 20 days before departure.
- Instant bookings require 100% upfront payment.
- The refund will be issued in the same currency used for payment and will not accrue any interest.
- The company does not assume responsibility for any difference in local currency value due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
- Cancellations must be formally requested in writing to the company.
- The request will be processed within one working day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
- 60 days prior to travel date: 80% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- 59-40 days prior to travel date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- 39-25 days prior to travel date: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- 24-15 days prior to travel date: 15% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Cancellation charges for hotel bookings will apply according to the hotel or supplier's cancellation rules.
- Cancellation charges for flight bookings will apply according to the airline's cancellation rules.
- Please note: Regardless of the above cancellation policies, a minimum service charge of 10% will apply for cancellations made after booking.
- If you cancel the trip after it has commenced, the refund will be limited and depend on the amount recoverable from the hoteliers.
- For unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, and missed meals, we do not bear any responsibility for refunds.
- For special train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja, and Maharajas Express), a separate cancellation policy will apply.
- No refunds will be issued for bookings made during the high peak season (from December 20 to January 15).
- Refunds for unused or unutilized services (which are paid for and canceled in advance) will be calculated based on the cancellation policy described above.
- The refund will be issued to the person who made the payment.
- Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks due to banking procedures.
- If the refund is made to a credit card or bank account, bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All disputes related to the tour, travel-related services, and adventure activities conducted by the company shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
- Travel tour packages require a considerable amount of walking and physical activity.
- All tours involve long hours of travel, and some components may include theme park activities suitable only for medically and physically fit individuals.
- We advise heart patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, individuals requiring special care, and those with respiratory disorders, arthritis, high blood pressure, or diabetes not to undertake these tours.
- No medical assistance will be available during the tours.
- Tourists are expected to manage their own luggage, as some locations may lack elevators or escalators.
- Despite this warning, tourists who choose to undertake the tour do so at their own risk; Trek India Holidays will not be responsible for any medical complications that may arise.
- It is recommended to undergo a medical check-up and obtain a medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner before booking.
- If booking within 10 days of the travel date, 100% of the tour package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
- If booking within 10 to 20 days of the travel date, 75% of the tour package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
- If booking more than 20 days before the travel date, 50% of the tour package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
- For tour components requiring guaranteed booking, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- No cancellations will be allowed once the booking is made, even if a short payment has been made.
- The tourist must pay the entire amount regardless of whether they travel or not.
- The company will not be liable for any refunds, compensation, or claims related to tour shortening, cancellations, route changes, or delays due to fog or bad weather.
- Tickets and packages are issued subject to these conditions.
- Guest acceptance and/or signature on the booking form indicates complete acceptance of the 'Terms and Conditions' contained herein.
- If one person is signing on behalf of other group members, it is assumed that the others have authorized the signing individual.
- The signing individual must list the names of the group members under their name.
