Arrive at Srinagar Airport, meet your driver, board your cab, and transfer to the hotel in Srinagar. In the afternoon, take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake to visit the floating vegetable gardens. Day 2 29 Dec: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar

Today, Gulmarg is not only a mountain resort of exceptional beauty but also transforms into India’s premier ski resort in winter. Enjoy New Year's celebrations at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3 30 Dec : Srinagar – Pahalgham - srinagar
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Pahalgam (2133 m), also known as the ‘Valley of Shepherds’ or ‘Trekker’s Paradise.’ Pahalgam is a famous location for the Indian film industry. On the way, visit the Awantipura ruins and Saffron fields. One of the most beautiful places on earth, Pahalgam offers breathtaking views. You can enjoy the town itself or trek to some of the most scenic spots, including Lidderwat, Kolahoi Glacier, or Sonmarg. Pahalgam is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave, a sacred Hindu site. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 4 31 Dec: Srinagar - Doodhpathri - Srinagar
After breakfast, visit Doodhpathri, known as the ‘Valley of Milk,’ located in the Budgam district, nestled in a bowl-shaped valley in the Pir Panjal Range. It is an alpine valley surrounded by snow-clad mountains. Due to unfavorable road conditions, not many tourists visit this serene location. After spending some peaceful time at Doodhpathri, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 5 1 Jan :Srinagar - Airport
After breakfast in time please set foot for Srinagar airport to board onward flight by reporting 2-Hrs. Before departure time at Srinagar airport, with sweet memories of Kashmir Valley.

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent travel package I booked through Travel Triangle, coordinated by Road to Trips India, for 4 adults and 1 child fr (Read More)om Aurangabad to Pune for 4 nights and 5 days.
The overall experience was absolutely horrible and unprofessional, and far below the standards I expected from a platform like Travel Triangle. Despite paying ₹65,000, we did not receive the basic level of service that any customer deserves.
Major Issues Faced:
1. No Final Itinerary or Confirmation:
We never received the final itinerary from either Travel Triangle or Road to Trips India, despite multiple follow-ups.
2. No Hotel Vouchers or Booking Details:
We were not provided with any hotel booking confirmations or vouchers in advance. On one of the days, we were literally searching for accommodation till 8 PM, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable.
3. Poor Coordination and Communication:
There was absolutely no proper coordination between your teams. Every detail had to be chased repeatedly, and still, there was no clarity.
Our Expectation:
We understand that miscommunication can happen occasionally, but the complete lack of coordination and accountability shown throughout the trip reflects sheer negligence. As frequent travellers, this has been one of our worst experiences to date.
We chose Travel Triangle because we trusted your brand for quality and reliability, but this experience has completely shaken that trust. Unless serious corrective action is taken, we will neither use Travel Triangle’s services again nor recommend it to anyone.
What We Expect from You:
A formal apology for the inconvenience caused.
A partial refund or compensation for the poor service quality.
Assurance that such incidents will be investigated and not repeated with other customers.
This experience has been frustrating and has left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope you will take this matter seriously and respond at the earliest.

We booked a trip to Kashmir this may. Unfortunately due to the Pahalgam attacks we couldn’t go ahead and this company denied us refund, instead gave us a credit note. Please note we were given complet (Read More)e refund by airline cause that we did ourself but Krishna from road to trips said they can only issue credit note.
3 months later now when we tried to use that credit note to book a hotel, he said that the amount is much more than our credit note. Although sites like make my trip etc are showing a cheaper value. To which he replied I will refund your amount but now he is not ready to give refund again and worst part calling us names. Once they have the money they show worst behaviour towards clients . If I would have wanted to fight, I would have fought 3 months back itself when they were not giving refund, but now since they are not even considering the credit note and neither giving refund and I called them so Krishna has stated calling us name . He is not ready to give any senior’s number too, he said you have to speak to me only . Worst behaviour with client. Please stay away from these people .
Any mail that they share has names of only 2 people , Radhika and Krishna. Now both of them are not responding. I guess it’s all a sham. May be they are contacting other people through other names. This company itself is fraud.

As a traveller, some of us have a practice to give a feedback after receiving a service/ post completion of the trip. But in this case, I am leaving the review even though i have not received any serv (Read More)ice from Road to Trips. Reason? Ms. Farah Aslam!
This lady is an asset to the organisation and roads to trip must make all effort to reward such employees. From my first interaction to last, she was the best. Due to some internal decision making difference i could not finalise her booking, which I deeply regret. I strongly recommend those who plan to Kashmir should take Farah's advise as they are not just credible, but also a committed suggestion.

Kashmir is indeed beautiful but would have been more pleasant if the planning done by miss Iqra would have been better.
Landed Srinagar after a tiring 6 hour flight and the vehicle which was supposed (Read More)to pick us came 1 hr late,WE ADJUSTED. Then got informed by the driver that the hotels have been changed than the ones which we selected( got down graded from a 3 star hotel to some 1 star hotel ), WE ADJUSTED. In the hotel, the breads served for breakfast were moldy and chicken uncooked, STILL WE ADJUSTED. Then in Pahalgam the hotel had more houseflies than air particles there. Tried calling miss Iqra to complain but never answered hence had to adjust. Then came the time for payment and guess who called— Miss Iqra herself demanding to give full payment in Pahalgam itself before the trip was even completed.
Then came the time to leave pahalgam for vaishno devi, got a last minute information of the change in vehicle from ertiga to some substandard tavera(even the ac did not work in that 35 degrees scorching heat of jammu)in which the driver smoked while driving. HERE WE COULD NOT ADJUST.
But i would say Kashmir is indeed beautiful and mesmerising, it proved itself to be a heaven on land.

Unforgettable Kashmir Trip..
We were on the sky when the Kashmir trip was planned. My colleague had referred the Road to trip traveller. It was an amazing and swift response from the staff when I enq (Read More)uired about the Kashmir and finally we packed our bags to Kashmir on 21st April.
Our sincere kuddos to Ms. Hadia Jan who were with morally from the day trip was planned and till we completed our iternery. Ms. Hadia was friendly and helpful to us whenever we needed / or had some queries.
Day 1 we completed Sonmarg so happily and unfortunately same day Pahalgam attack terrified us and on tears due to the incident, which have lost the many innocent lives. We were not sure whether to complete the trip or cancel the trip and return home. We were so worried and confused.. Ms. Hadia , our driver Mr Shahid and local Kashmir people encouraged us to continue the trip and said not to worry at all. They were with us till last day of Kashmir , which helped us to enjoy our trip without much fear.
Looking forward to have more trip with RTT.

I booked a trip from February 10th to 14th, 2025, through Road to Trip, arranged by their staff member, Miss Saba. After I paid for the trip, they changed my hotel to one of very poor quality, despite my having previously provided specific hotel preferences. This resulted in two days of my five-day trip being wasted due to the unsatisfactory accommodation. Road to Trip, and Miss Saba in particular (Read More), were dishonest and deceitful. Furthermore, Miss Saba prevented me from checking out of the poor-quality hotel even though I had paid for a stay that included one more night.

Total Package cost for your package was 19500 for 4n5d with 2 adults and 1 child and taking standard package was your choice and at the time of booking you were informed that hotel (Read More) got sold out you can either take refund and given multiple hotel options considering the budget standard properties were only that could fit in.
Secondly not paying the balance payments compels travel agent to stop the check out, payment terms are clear at the time of booking on arrival the payment must be cleared.
No hotel was poor quality the hotels were just as good as the money you were willing to pay.

My wife and I were harassed by them continuously.They are super non accomodating and unkind.
They kept asking us for extra charge even though we paid the full amount at the very start of our trip.
Our train was cancelled so we had to leave early in the morning to catch out train but they asking us extra money (Read More)for early drop service.
We are highly dissatisfied with their service and we would not recommend anyone for their service.
This was our worst experience ever .

My tour of Kashmir was planned by Road to trips , but faced so many difficulties . Day 1 Pankaj who coordinate with us stopped responding o (Read More)ur calls after reach Jammu n committed the Vehicle @ 4am from Jammu to Pahalgam but don’t came . Again told Vehicle will come @7am n we checked out room and waited for vehicle on roads with luggage and children on roads for 6 hours . After 6 hours the old n unconditioned Vehicle they arranged after denied they provided the two small cars for 9 people to Pahalgam n we reached hotel @ 11 pm. We lossed one day completely and we don’t seen the ABC valley at at all which is most important in our plan.
Second day they gave the accommodation in Hollywood house boat n but the provide in old house with doesn’t have proper ventilation n more over that’s not house boat at all n we was sick with their in healthy food in that house .
And rude behaviour from Pankaj and road to trips people when came to payment . They stopped our Vehicle on road for payment which I told payment I’ll do at hotel . Even though they started scolding n told Vehicle driver to stop in road with children . Even the hotel also they changed for last 3days in Srinagar without permission n told there was no rooms in commuted hotel . My entire two families struggled with this travel company for entire trip . They threaten us while entire trip also .
The good thing in my trip Is Cab driver ( even it’s old Vehicle ) behaviour n they helped us .
Please take a necessary action n it wont happen anybody in the future . We lost one complete day due to this roads to trips.
I have every proof of what they committed and and what they provided . So please take necessary action n recover our loss .

fristly we provided you with driver details 1 day prior only but due to some unforeseen circumstances the driver cancelled the trip in the morning as he was instructed to reach to (Read More)u at 6 am, you connected with our team at 6:50 am and we at that time got to work of making alternate arrangements for your journey from jammu to srinagar it is peak period and alternate vehicles are difficult to find and thus took time. we send you traveller but then you did not like it and you conveyed him something and he left you did not proceed with you to jammu to mak alternate arrangement and no more of your time was wasted we sent 1 glanzo and 1 ertiga for 9 people and gave you ac car instead when you were booked for non ac. rest nothing we changed for 4n5d trip you did not pay us balance amount which was suppose to be paid on day 1 for 3 days when asked you said you will pay you will pay, we did not stop the vehicle transporter did not proceed because of non payment.
from jammu to pahalgam in peak period it would have anyhow took you 10 hrs to reach and all the sightseeing you could not cover in day 1 was covered 2nd day for you allowing you extra time in pahalgam.

The trip was well organized. As it was a family trip we were concerned a little.
There were hiccups at the start as the tour when booked was done via someone else who had later left the company. Ha (Read More)d to struggle to get in touch with the agency.
Before the start of the trip was connected to Mr Gowhar who was very helpful. The whole trip went very smooth.
Happy with the package of Road to Trips
Driver was very well informed about the areas and was also very helpful.
Coordination was good with Mr Gowhar was very good.

My recent experience with this travel agency has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to protect others from making the same mistake.
To begin with, the water (Read More)sports activity promised in Goa turned out to be in Malvan, a blatant contradiction to the information provided during the booking process. What's worse, the agency's excuse about Goa beaches being closed due to the monsoon was proven false, as we found them fully operational upon arrival. Such deceptive practices are inexcusable.
My booking was managed by Ms. Ritika, and her dismissive response to my concerns was not only unprofessional but also indicative of a careless attitude towards customer satisfaction. She even admitted that similar issues had been experienced by other clients – a red flag that cannot be ignored.
The sightseeing arrangements were substandard, with the agency reneging on its promise of a private cab and instead providing only two seats in a bus. Considering the hefty Rs. 30,000 charged for the trip, this is unacceptable and a clear indication of the agency's lack of integrity.
Even the return flight, arranged by the agency, was a disaster. Seats were allocated separately instead of adjacent, causing unnecessary discomfort. To top it off, a staff member named Ms. Soni displayed shocking unprofessionalism by shouting at both me and my wife. This kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable and reflects poorly on the agency's commitment to customer service.
In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against choosing this travel agency for any future trips. The deception, unprofessionalism, and overall lack of concern for customer satisfaction make it clear that there are far better options out there. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment – steer clear of this agency!

The worst travel agency I have ever traveled with. I’m from bangalore and found this in an ad… For the price what we paid has nothing to do with the package. It was a kashmir tour where we didn’t had (Read More)a proper coordinator and everywhere our own people gambled and made us pay more. Its a big scam we were stuck in. They committed somthing and provided something worst. I don’t even want to start with the room they provided . Stinky room and the toilet is a nightmare. There’s no one to ask for an upgrade and no one bother to check on us.they also committed for houseboat which never stayed Its self trip paid to a travel agency. Worst experience ever.

We had booked Kashmir trip with them and they have given confirmation of booking for a particular houseboat that I approved but on reaching the day one , we were transferred to another cheap houseboat (Read More) called Lalita .. and MR Gowhar gave me excuse that the owner is same .. it was pathetic experience , the heater was not working and the temperature ws minus degree .. then another issue which was very unprofessional was that they asked us to pay 10k of package amount to the houseboat guy , who does that ?? If you are a registered company you need to take the whole amount from tourist on day one .. but they told us to transfer money to different different hotels which we refused !! The other property was also V V bad called sideeq hotel , food was good but rooms size was too small , and we had got confirmation for bigger rooms in by Mr Gowhar
The whole trip was mismanaged and the driver was also not aware about our itinerary

The entire trip was Poorly organized. The hotel booking in Srinagar was not done as committed. The condition of the vehicle was avaerage however the drivers were very good and cooperative. We missed o (Read More)ut Sonmargh trip completely because of improper organization. Houseboats we’re not allocated as per the planned itinerary.

Heyy this is Anshu Agarwal from Mumbai. Me and my parents booked our Kashmir Tour via Road to Trip for the 2nd week of March 2023. Mr. Khurshid was our coordinator and local tour operator. As per our (Read More)requirement, we were allocated luxurious hotels @ quite a reasonable price. Further, whenever and wherever required in case of any hiccups, Mr. Khurshid was there for us. We all had a memorable trip in Kashmir
