Day 1 Kathgodam Pickup – Bhimtal Stay & Kainchi Dham Visit

I have recently travelled through this travel agency. I faced several serious issues that causes significant inconvenience and disappointment.
firstly, there was confusion during the hotel check in pr (Read More)ogress. The most serious issue was the hotel change. as per the quotation, a 3 -star hotel was confirmed, but instead, I was shifted to a normal lounge without prior information or consent. this is not in line with the services provided promised by ideal tours.
I never suggest to book any trip from this travel agency.
